I had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald's on Broadway in North Little Rock. One of the employees was yelling across the restaurant using loud, obnoxious, and vulgar language. It created a very uncomfortable environment for customers. The staff came across as extremely unprofessional, and there was clearly no effort being made to maintain a respectful atmosphere.

Upon ordering at the drive thru, there was a female who took my order. When I finished my order, a man came on and asked to take my order. So, I had to repeat my order. He told me to pull up to the window. He never asked if my order was correct, if that was all I needed, nor did he give me my total. I pulled up to the window and he took my card and told me to go to the next window. I pulled forward and sat there for the longest time. The same man shoved my food at me and shut the window in my face. He was the rudest man I have ever encountered in a drive thru. I had tried to order on the app because I haven't had a good experience at this said McDonald's prior to this morning. If you hate your job so much, sir, why not just let someone else have it. Kindness and positivity spreads like wildfire. Sir, you need to light a match! There was no cause for his rude behavior and disrespect. Period! I just moved here 4 days ago and was hoping that things had changed. However they have only worsened. I only gave this a 2 star due to the fact that the food was decent. The service was a -10! Purely pathetic! I will drive the extra mile or so to get quality service and better food!

This location is pretty good. They are usually pretty fast and always nice. That guy that sweeps the parking lot is always nice and take pride in keeping it looking good! I never see anyone doing that at any other fast food places. You're a good job, dude!

Rude people almost never get all of my order and when I do it is literally cooked the day before I've managed a Mcdonald and everyone at this location should be fired and there management team has absolutely zero training. Billion dollar company and this is the service you get. If your wanting Mcdonald I would steer clear of this location. It's a waste of money
