My recent visit to Moe's for dinner left much to be desired. Despite arriving on a Friday evening, the lack of a welcoming atmosphere and slow service set a negative tone from the start. Even with just two customers ahead of us, the wait time was unreasonably long, and the absence of steak during dinner hours was perplexing. The portion size of the "Moe Meat, Moe Cheese" bowl was notably smaller than usual, and the prices have seen a significant increase without a corresponding improvement in quality. Additionally, the food quality was disappointing, with stale chips served and a lack of attention to freshness evident.Overall, my experience at Moe's was marred by slow service, declining food quality, and a lack of attention to customer satisfaction. The disparity between cost and value, coupled with the indifferent attitude of the staff, highlights the need for improvement in service efficiency and food quality to regain customer trust and satisfaction.

Was on a road trip with my husband from New Mexico decided was in the mood for a burritoStopped in and must say that was one good filling burrito ! Well rolled stayed togetherChips were free and fresh the employees were polite and gave us free samples of fresh salsa ! Definitely a great place to stop and get a full stomach in north Little Rock

First time here, so shocked they had a build your own reminds you of chipotle but MOEs is better 10/10, the Employees were amazing , sweet and very helpful…the restaurant was clean , Food was A-maz-ing, definitely recommend!!
