Panda Express is a fast food Asian restaurant that offers a variety of popular dishes. While many customers appreciate the tasty meals and fresh vegetables, experiences can vary. Some diners have noted issues with portion sizes and food quality, with reports of overcooked items and inconsistent servings. For instance, there have been complaints about receiving a whole onion instead of chow mein and only a couple of pieces of chicken in the Kung Pow Chicken bowl. Despite these setbacks, the restaurant has friendly staff, with one employee receiving praise for her professional service and positive energy. Many customers enjoy specific dishes like the dynamite chicken and walnut shrimp, although some have expressed disappointment over changes in flavor, particularly with the teriyaki chicken. The cleanliness of the restaurant has been highlighted, and while there have been some wait times for fresh food, overall, many visitors appreciate the variety and convenience that Panda Express provides. However, the management may need to address customer complaints to maintain a loyal clientele.
