My only gripe is no a/c. Feel sorry for the workers here. I couldn't do it. But ya as a customer I for one don't enjoy even waiting in the lobby for my food. Other than that their food is the bomb.

04-04-2026 - Stopped in to get dinner and ended up getting STALE, DRIED OUT, HARD, old DARK , HARD chicken. I walked inside to get the chicken and everywhere I stood there was food on the floor, near the tables, near the order line, there was even chicken breading(crunchies) up near the soda machine - hth do you get food crumbs up near the drink machine - employee food fight maybe?? The chicken was dark, the breading was dark and you had to pull the meat off because it was that hard.Should have taken it as a sign - RUN AWAY. There are other places to eat that you will get what your paying for, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM.

Rocio was very polite and respectful in taking my order. I appreciate this candor as you do not get it often at fast food chains. I split my payment between cash and card and he let me know before running my card how much was going to my card. Food always amazing and correct at this location.

Good food and love the biscuits. But being on a budget is use coupons.

I’ve given this Popeyes multiple chances, and unfortunately it’s consistently disappointing. Almost every visit, my order is wrong—missing items, incorrect sides, or completely different meals than what I asked for. It’s beyond frustrating, especially when you double-check at the window and still end up with mistakes.

On top of that, the food quality is hit or miss, and more often than not it tastes like it’s been sitting out way too long. Nothing is worse than getting home excited to eat and realizing your food is cold and stale.

The wait times are also ridiculous. Even when it doesn’t seem busy, you can expect to sit in line far longer than you should for fast food.

Overall, the lack of accuracy, poor food quality, and long wait times make this location really hard to recommend. Definitely needs major improvement.

I stopped by Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in North Little Rock Arkansas recently and had a really good experience. The place isn’t that big, but it feels comfortable enough to sit down and enjoy your food without feeling crowded.

I ordered the cane sweetened iced tea and a 4 piece signature chicken. The tea was refreshing and tasted more natural compared to the usual ones you get at fast food places. The chicken was fresh, hot, and crispy, and the inside was still juicy, which made it really satisfying to eat.
Parking was easy, which I always appreciate, and the staff were friendly and welcoming the whole time I was there.

Overall, it’s a simple spot but it delivers where it matters. Good food, good service, and a comfortable place to eat.

Not as good as the one on Colonel Glenn which I give a five-star review for food service and atmosphere! They can learn a thing or two from them! Worked on Colonel Glenn in Arkansas for years and ate them every single day. The staff was friendly and cleanly at Colonel Glenn location the staff is spot if that at best I'm going to move location I'm working off of on Landers Road North Little Rock. I hope to see it change and hope to see it turn around! Food was always fire on Colonel Glenn and I seriously ate their single everyday.

I ordered online for the 6pc Mix Chicken, 6 Tenders 2 LG Sides & 5 biscuits for $26.99 first order online attempt. I didn't have a car so I sent my coworker who has car since he was a driver at Domino's on JFK. To pick it up, when he got there the lady who was talking to him left her mic open and made fun of his voice while on call. They also forgot to put the sauces with my order. I thought they would be better than Camp Robinson but apparently not.
