Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is our favorite Popeyes. The employees are so sweet, the food is always fresh, and the customer service is great. This is the kind of crew you wish for (I own a restaurant).

To the person mad because their employees are working without heat… they may have wanted to work and don’t forget, the kitchen is much warmer than the lobby. Good job giving them a one star review when the crew is obviously doing their best.

Was there today the one on McCain Blvd. Heat was out and very cold in the place. A shame you make your employees work in that condition. Came out my feet was ice cold and my hands and had to eat with my coat on.

It took them 50 minutes to get my order. I ordered ahead the lady at the window was low-key rude and was cutting my husband off from talking. She asked us to pull around and we waited for 36 minutes behind another car that also had a pick up order. After about 10 minutes the lady at the window comes out and tells us to go back through the line by this time 8 customers have already passed us mind you we have a pick up order. This was a horrible experience and I will not be going back.

Fresh! Hot! Friendly! Generous portions! Can’t ask for more. Manager even slid me 6 lemon pepper wings to try out. Amazing service ! Will return

Ordered for delivery for my mom and since there's no option for dark meat on the app, I called. SEVEN times just to be told to hold but could hear the background and they were just standing around talking. Popeyes on E mccain nlr arkansas

Would give no stars if I could. Within ten seconds of pulling up to the drive thru, was told I was taking too long to order and I needed to come inside. I asked why I was being treated rudely and was told not to hold up the line and come in. There were no other cars in the drive thru line. Couldn't believe the rude treatment.

This is by far my favorite Popeyes and, dare I say, fast food restaurant to go to. I don't know if they all love to work there, but they sure act like it. Even though my order isn't always correct, their attitudes always brighten my day. Lord knows good attitudes at most places of business are understandably hard to find these days. Almost unbelievable to see at a fast food chicken place. I sure hope management appreciates them!

Man on the intercom talks very rude and disrespectful. Didn't get my extra fry and had to go in and waited forever bc the lady doing the front left to go make cops of Mac n cheese and potatoes.

The manager was beyond rude. He didn’t give you a chance to place your order before he starts yelling is that all, what else, that’s it? No thank you, no come back & see us just rudely gave the total & then say pull around to the door it’s gone be 4 minutes on your tenders. We can’t pull around because he has 2 other cars pulled up. So after 8 minutes or so so you girl in leggings smoking a vape says something to the 1st vehicle, the pull into a parking spot the other car pull off, another 6 minutes the same young lady lets another employee out, about 9 minutes later here comes our order. Guess what there is no sauce! Pull around to hear the same rude guy being rude to another car so I pull around I just need my sauce, I pull up & ask for my sauces this guy hands me 4 sauces for 5 orders, when I pulled up he is rolling his eyes as if the car that was on the speaker was getting on his nerves.
If he is the example of a leader that your employees has to follow that’s bad for business.
