Poor attitude and customer service. Food items were left out of my bag and when I informed them, the manager rolled his eyes and handed it over with little interaction and an “I don’t care” attitude.

There was nobody inside when I came in with a friend. I placed an order for TWO items. Not even meals, just 2 sandwiches. It took a half hour before I lost my patience and asked for a refund. Just go to chic fil a down the road

Parking: Plenty of parking, free lot. It’s got its own space.

My card was charged twice going through the drive thru a little after 1 pm on 10/17. The second charge was $5 more than my actual approved charge. I was unable to speak with management because the automated system said the mailbox was full.

Ordered 3 dozen chicken fingers the day prior to pick up. Gave the order to the manager! Came at appointed time the following day and the order was not ready. When questioned, I was given attitude and the young lady working the window stated that she wasn’t working yesterday and whatever and walked away! $110.00. Update: The young man who brought my order out to me was very polite. Not going to let this experience keep me from going to Popeyes! The best chicken strips! We all have bad days!

Shout out to Dans & Laylay! I popped up to the Popeyes here today to pick up a rather large order.
They had everything I needed including all the smiles and awesome service that I know them to deliver. It was my first time at this store so if anything they impress the heck out of me! Definitely coming back up here again for this awesome service and wonderful folk that work up here. Y'all Rock!

I can’t recommend against this place strongly enough. The people here will just decide that they don’t feel like making this or that food. Not “we’re out of this”. I went by this evening literal hours before close and ordered their #1 item, literally the first item on the menu and was curtly informed by the employee that “they weren’t making any more sandwiches tonight”. Honestly, not even upset about not getting my sandwich. I just don’t appreciate having my time wasted. If you’re not going to serve the whole menu, either write that somewhere or don’t waste my time by pretending to be open.

Don’t let them waste your time, go somewhere else.
