Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered a spicy chicken in the drive through, got my meal and drove away, took 3 bites out of nit before I realized it wasn't what I asked/paid for i turned around and told them I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, not a regular one, so I assumed they didn't want the sandwich that was already half eaten and started to drive away and I was flagged down because they really wanted then other sandwich back... I figured since THEY messed up my order and I had to go back to fix it, that they would surely let me keep the sandwich I had already started eating. But no. The manager lady said she really needed it back. Lol. Terrible manager.

Asada spoke to my family & I as soon as we entered the restaurant. She was so nice & professional. Our food came out quickly and was hot & fresh.

I try to give local area food places the benefit of doubt, but this Popeyes location is consistent with poor customer service especially in the evening. I have gone several times when they don’t honor what is presented on their order menu or windows, are always out of something and if they have what I ordered it does not reach my bag, I’ve had to go in and retrieve what I ordered through drive through too many times to count. The staff with the exception of one or two are impatient when ordering. I don’t know why this location is operating below par and at this point I will not be going back. If I am in the mood for Popeyes I’ll probably go 17-20 miles elsewhere than to this Popeyes in my area.

I live near this popeyes, and go here pretty often. The customer service is always terrible, employees are rude! It’s never a welcoming environment, I am constantly getting asked if my order is done when i’m in the middle of speaking. I have worked in various fast food places and never have treated any of my customers with the disrespect I constantly receive.

Never get my full orders seem they don’t know how to read.

Can’t understand why we have to wait 30 minutes in the drive through every time we come here. Hard to believe that they never have chicken ready given this is fast food.
