Waitress forgot silverware, to go boxes etc…had to get another waitress to get things for us. Was not busy when we went in, everything was bland. The chopped steak platter was hamburger patty on toast, no seasoning just a cooked frozen patty. Nothing special, nothing to brag about, just bland , dry, plain Jane bare essential food, very cafeteriaish.

Order a smoke house club,butter scotch milk shake. What came out was a vanilla milk shake with a hamburger covered in nasty BBQ sauce. Never again

Our first visit and it was wonderful! The waitress Lexi was sweet, professional and very helpful! Service was fast, food was good! Shake was too big for one person but tasted good!

I ordered the ultimate cheese burger and fries. The burger was not very good compared to most of the QSR competition. This is my first and last visit as I’m just passing thru. I would not recommend this venue and the price point is over the quality. Your better off st one of the local sports bars in my opinion.

The food is always good here. Great burgers and delicious milkshakes!
Parking: Parking is all around the building. There are plenty of parking spaces and overflow parking at the mall.
Kid-friendliness: There are always several families in PC and the staff are great with the children. They are also good with a group of teens or tweens, very patient and respectful with them.

Put them thru the ringer right at open with sample platter, 2 sandwich entrees, and an order of cheesesticks. Tried everything, came out perfect. Couldn't have been more happy. Truly a good choice jumping off the freeway there for lunch.

We enjoy the Rodeo Burger and the Purple Cow Milkshake! We got ours to go and within 10 minutes, we had our food, super fresh and ready to go. Definitely recommended!

We were sat promptly, unfortunately the table was still wet and the menus stuck to the table. We ordered our drinks , our shake came out immediately but our drinks (waters and soda) took over 10 minutes to be delivered to the table. We ordered , our food came out in a timely manner , unfortunately the server didnt come back to check on us. We had ordered a side of ranch with our mozzarella sticks which was never delivered. We waited to try to get her attention or that of anyone else but no one seemed to be bothered to look our way. We sat there as we saw another member of the staff sit there and have a conversation with her friends at another booth across the way for a lengthy period of time. Our server seems very un-engaged whenever she came to our table , no refills were offered in a timely manner and didn’t even ask if we wanted to order dessert. This was our first and most likely our last time here. Very disappointing 1st impression.

I took my grandson to The Purple Cow in North Little Rock tonight. The servers were fantastic (please forgive me for not noting names), the food was great, and the purple ice cream was a big hit. It’s now rated “the best restaurant.” Thank you to all who made the evening such a treat.
