So good! The atmosphere and food were both amazing!
We used to love Skinny J’s. The last few times we’ve gone though, the food has not been great. Stale chips and wontons the time I brought friends. Soggy friend mushrooms another time we visited. Tonight was probably the turning point for us to leave a review. The steak was overcooked and over seasoned. The chicken was dry. I wanted to choose a local business instead of a chain restaurant after a long day. The place was full when we arrived but there were 8 open tables. We were told there was a 5-10 minute wait. We opted to sit at the bar. We were seated promptly in the back of the restaurant right beside the kitchen and the open cleaning closet storage when there were plenty of other tables. It was dismal.
