Feb 11th, 2024...I ordered steamed apple juice in Venti size from Starbucks app, got to the drive thru, guy said next time either come in or stop at the order window and let us know first than just pulling up. I said I'm Deaf and seems like this the only location that has issue with me doing that so well me getting my order. It was not full but taste watery...I Won't be back again...after years spending my earned money into that business as a customer. Yall won't see me again that's why there other Starbucks who is willing to accept my order then I can go thru drive thru with no issue

Stopped by at this location on our way to the trail. Customer service was great despite of the busyness. One very important aspect that sets your location apart. Starbucks has always been consistent with their products. I love everything they have to offer. And my dogs absolutely love that they can have their own cup.

This is your typical Starbucks, which are always good, but it was definitely one of the sketchier ones.For some reason, there was a line for the bathroom and there were store supplies stacked in front of the drink display by the front door.The parking is tricky as the line for the drive thru has to let you out in order to fit into the narrow space between the spots and the store.Parking: maybe 5-10 spots?

I ordered a caramel macchiato with no vanilla. They also managed to skip the caramel. So I have a caramel-less macchiato? Ugh. Starbucks coffee drinks cost way too much for them to not get it right every time.

I was visiting from Texas.... Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Starbucks. I walked in and wasn't greeted but I still decided to stand at the register (there wasn't a line) waiting to place my order. There were 3 crew members and not one greeted me or even attempted to help me. After standing there for 6mins. I walked out and still no one said a word.

I always go through the drive-thru, and whoever is working is sure to have a nice attitude and they make sure the drink you have is correct every time!Vegetarian options: The Impossible sandwich is really delicious, you would never know it was vegetarian.
