Definitely like others hate to be the one to post this type of review. But ive had several issues with this location. First i ordered the only drink i drink from there and ordered it in Venti as always. I left the location but was curious when i got my food and cup that i had made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. I got on the app and saw that i did in-fact pay for a venti size cup but what i received was a tall size. I contacted the location and they did correct this. BUT today i just couldnt go without leaving a review and this will be my last time visiting this location. Today i received my Spinach, Feta & Eggs White wrap and opened and began to eat it on my way to work and pulled the wrap back and saw blonde color hair (lengthy) sticking out from my wrap. I was so disgusted and almost threw up. I can not spend my money at this location. I called and was apologized to i took the wrap back and showed the hair and only got a sorry and my money refunded. This is ridiculous and i think that more accountability should have been taken. I didnt have breakfast this morning i couldnt eat after experiencing this and it ruined my morning. I spend tons of money with this establishment. Thanks Starbucks.

One of the employees went into the men's bathroom and didn't come out for 3 hours, I was writing my novel and having intermittent sips of my latte and he came out drenched in sweat. I mean it was like niagara.

For a $5.11 coffee there should be a courtesy trash can so that I can dispose of my empty cup which previously held a $5.11 worth of coffee… and a bathroom to dispose of the urine I created from said coffees.
