Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I went through the drive-through for my kids tonight. I ordered mango magic smoothies, one with Splenda one with regular sugar both with a shot whey protein what I got was paradise point that belong to somebody else they will not answer the phone. I probably called 25 times ridiculous and no receipt

It's not the entire crew but majority of this crew are very rude to me and my staff that work right next door one of my staff members go and ask for ice water daily and he has been getting a rude treatment from both workers and manager. I'll place an online order and it will take longer than what I was told or If handed to me it will be in a rude gesture with no greeting or anything with it just overall a bad experience

I spent my entire lunch waiting for my order just find out my order was wrong. Thus, since soooooo much time was spent waiting for an incorrect order I was not able to eat ANYTHING on my lunch break at all! Hopefully you can understand my frustration, when I expressed this, the manager threatened to call the police on me. "Karens" work everywhere, so if you're a brown person tread lightly.

This place is pretty cool down to earth staff, friendly and gets the order out relatively quick. I love the smoothies they are a great healthy treat. I don’t ever get the food here though as it is sub par.

I believe they are either extremely understaffed or maybe incompetent but it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get through a drive through. The person at the window was nice thought, it wasn’t their fault.

This is my favorite Tropical Smoothie Café. I like to order a Baja chicken wrap and they make it big. I have been to others and they are little bitty wraps. These a big, filling and taste great. And they have always been fast. Best TSC in the state.

I have never once complained about how I’ve been treated at a restaurant until now! The brunette with the pony tail has been extremely rude to me on multiple occasions. The blonde has made several remarks about my order and took ages to take my order cause she wanted to be on her phone. The shorter African with dreads called me several racial slurs and messed my order up idk how many times. It’s the main people I’ve seen working the closing shifts on Wednesday if I did any bad descriptions. They SPIT in my food once cause I was trying to lighten the mood. The older black lady is the sweetest person there. Give her a raise!

I love tropical smoothie but the brunette that wears her hair in a ponytail and the blonde that wears her hair in a bun that I think drive jeeps need to be fired they are horrible employees they complain about things we order like pea protein, they have terrible attitudes towards us, and they’ve made several inappropriate remarks against us

smoothies almost always made wrong, also the sugar level seems to be arbitrary. Some days not sweet at all, others it's undrinkably sweet

I went to visit today & the three young ladies looked at me as of I shouldn’t come in & the smoothies are not always good. Not sure if i’ll be back.

Every other Tropical Smoothie I’ve been to in LR is amazing but the smoothies at this location are awful, they aren’t sweet/ taste watered down. They don’t even taste like the same smoothie if you were to get the same thing in LR. I’m not sure what happened but hopefully they can get training from the other stores in Little Rock so their smoothies start tasting better because it’s honestly a waste of money. I keep going back hoping it will be better but they taste worse every time if anything.
