Wendy's in North Little Rock

“I just went to Wendy’s on my way home, I go inside and the first thing I hear is the manager yelling at the employees. It was incredibly unprofessional, and she even yelled at the young man running the counter taking orders. He has helped me every time I’ve been there and has amazing customer service, It is a shame that he is being yelled at! Over nothing too, She was yelling at him, looking for a drink that was already made right in front of her! Absolutely ridiculous! I have had nothing But wonderful experiences talking to this young man and he is nothing if not Polite! Even when I’m having a hard time getting my words together! I hate seeing management ruining the customer experience and Especially treating their employees poorly!! Heartbreaking! Forget“
