The ribs were so good-alot of meat and seasoned well.
My ribs were old and toward the end sticking to bone obviously days old. Soulmans in texas has spoiled me with freshly cooked food. So I guess give them a shot make sure it's the right day, I seen a service member walk in and out so idk it was OK but for $20.
On a bus trip to Branson, we stopped here for dinner both ways…30 of us! They were so accommodating (we did call ahead), they reserved an area for us and were very gracious and helpful! The food and service were excellent! Highly recommend!

Whole Hog Cafe North Little Rock offers award-winning BBQ that doesn't even need sauce. The potato salad is a must-try, and the pork is highly recommended. The experience is described as a mix of Texas, Memphis, and Arkansas vibes. The rustic, down-home atmosphere and fast service contribute to the overall positive dining experience. If you're a BBQ enthusiast, this place is a must-visit for some amazing food.
The restaurant is known for its friendly and attentive staff, who provide accommodating service. Customers have praised the generous portions and a variety of delicious sides, including flavorful baked beans and the best potato salad they've ever had. The pulled pork is described as "melt-in-your-mouth perfection," and the brisket is considered the best some have ever tasted, even without any sauce. The burnt ends are highly recommended, with many saying they will make you regret eating anywhere else. Visitors often find the food incredibly fast to come out, with staff being very friendly and patient, even when paying can be tricky.
Additionally, the macaroni is called the best ever, though it’s only available certain days of the week. While some find the prices higher than expected—costing around $80 for two meat plates and drinks—many agree that the quality makes it worth the cost. Overall, Whole Hog Cafe North Little Rock is praised for its great food, especially the burnt ends and macaroni, making it a favorite for those wanting authentic BBQ with a friendly vibe.
