The food was good. The atmosphere was good. But we ordered 12 wings which is $15 2 side salads that equal up to $10 2 drinks That equals up to $6. With a total of $31 before taxes. The server was the manager I handed her my debit card and when she brought me back the receipt said $41. I went and asked her why it was SO high. She informed me that there's a dollar charge for every ranch. I was never informed at any point in time of my dining experience that there was an upt charge for ranch. There is also a charge to use a debit card. When I asked her about it she said it was on the front door. In my experience of working in the restaurant industry for over 15 years anytime a customer is getting charged an additional charge you should let them know. When I asked her why she didn't let me know she said she wrote it on the ticket. You should have inform people before they order that they're going to be charged. She said that 90% of her customers know that they're gonna get charged for ranch. She shouldn't have to tell them it's on the ticket. I Then replied Customers coming there for the first time are not gonna be aware of this charge and it's her job to inform us as a server. Then she informed me that Since I want to tell her how to do her job I should come and fill out an application So she can train me how to do her job. As a manager you should never talk to a customer like this. Very unprofessional As a manager.

My meal was excellent! My family was not so lucky. Fries were cold, soggy, and greasy. Precious server was new, but doing well considering the situation. Will give it another try soon.

I called prior to coming in as I have a toddler. This is the second time calling, and both times the customer service on the phone was poor, I should have taken that as a red flag. The lady that answered the phone told me it was family friendly so off we went. The restaurant is cute - you seat yourself. No tables for more than a 4 top though. I asked for a kids menu - they don't have one (and you pay $2.25 for a kids drink) We ordered mushrooms - those were really good. I wish we would have stopped there. My husband ordered a burger - they asked how he wanted it cooked - note to cook - don't have the servers ask if you aren't' going to cook it to order. We also ordered a BLT and a pizza. French fries are hand cut - and burnt. The burger was well done and dry, (asked for it medium) Burger also came with no LTOP. Pizza tasted like frozen pizza, but whatever - service was mediocre at best, but she was new, and sweet. There is definitely no urgency when doing anything - we were there for over an hour. We also ended up paying a 4% fee for using a card, this is written on the door but I didn't notice it - again, whatever - but that probably should be written on the menu as well.Restaurant looks cute enough, fried mushrooms were great, and that's all she wrote - we won't be back.

Great food and service. Their pizza is really good. Their fries are amazing!! They have a good variety of food and a few beers on tap.

What a great place! And what a fantastic lady who took my order, Karrie. I am enjoying the best cheeseburger I ever recall sinking my teeth into! It's huge! I'll be back and I wholeheartedly recommend this location.
