today my visit was awesome. i noticed the crew was working as a team and when i walked in the made me feel welcome. OMG the chicken was fresh and hot. the lobby was clean and it had a watermelon fresh smell to the lobby and bathroom. i will be coming back. i can see the improvement and i was so impressed i called my husband.
Nice crispy chicken and of course staff needs to be more professional greet the customers don't wait for customer to say something.....TALK UP! Show the customer you appreciate them coming in....
The service is not as fast as other KFC'sWent there a couple of days ago at 7:30 and couldn't get extra crispy breast so I asked how long it would be and didn't get an answer all they said was we only have original so I had to take it instead if it is a certain time even if it is early they will not cook any for people same thing with pot pies the owner or management needs to look into this it has been going on for a long time
