Passing through from out of town and decided to stop for dinner. We walked in with our service dog and they demanded we show them her papers. We told them that it was illegal for them to ask for her papers and they said if no papers she can’t stay. Again we told them she was a service dog and even stated she is for my husbands PTSD, which is more than we needed to say and they refused to serve us. I should have realized this place was unprofessional as they were attached to a very sketchy motel!! They were very rude and extremely disrespectful. I guess they are not too familiar with the laws of our United States as they all are probably here illegally anyway. Sad excuse for a business!!!

Ate here a couple times for lunch while in town. Service on the weekends is much better, but the food was delicious each time. The authentic menu section has their best choices imo. The carne asada and carnitas were phenomenal and they did not slouch on portion size. Would definitely eat here again when in town.

Best Mexican restaurant in Northeast Arkansas. I have eaten here many times and it has never disappointed me. Friendly and attentive staff, nice atmosphere and delicious food. Mexican restaurants are common around us today, but they pale in comparison to Cielito Lindo. It is worth the fifteen mile drive, much better than Mi Pueblo and La Cascada. Cielito has such a large menu that you could eat there every day and try something new and never get tired of it. Plus, very good drinks. Please eat here if you never have.

Traveling and this was just a few miles off the interstate- was rated the best restaurant here so stopped. Looked nice from the outside but had an odd smell inside. We were seated quickly and given menus. Salsa and chips came quick. The salsa was probably the worst we have ever tasted - just like tomato sauce. Chips were good but we were a bit concerned about the rest of our meal. We shouldn’t have been - I ordered shrimp chimichanga and husband ordered quesadilla with shrimp and chorizo. We both had a lot of tasty food. Did notice the windows were really dirty inside and out. Overall a good experience

Had dinner at this facility during a recent visit to Osceola. Given the dining selections in the area, this one is a standout with a nice building, plenty of parking, and an attractive interior. I was greeted promptly by staff who placed the typical chips and salsa on the table and left me with a menu. I chose a typical enchilada dinner, with rice, beans and a small salad on the side. Wait time was very reasonable despite there being a large table with about 15 people nearby who also had placed orders at about the same time. The enchiladas were typical for most Mexican restaurants - not much sauce on them and about room temperature, They were tasty though, but I wouldn't say above average. I felt satisfied when finished but have to say the food didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of taste, warmth, and presentation. Quantity was fine though. Service was fine - the staff were attentive and overall, I felt OK with the visit. I would go again.

Their salsa has taste, did and service good. Just don't get chips & salsa also a bowl of ranch beans before your meal. Good place go try it !!

I go here every couple months with a friend from work and it is always solid. Lunch fajitas are tasty, generous, and a good price. The service is fine, the food (in my opinion) a little too salty. If I was going to pick a place in Oseola to eat at, it would be here.

We waited over an hour before our food got to us and it came at separate times. It was good but very slow. We filled up on chips and salsas so we took it home. Won't go back any time soon.
