If I could rate this place a 0 I would but 1 is the lowest it goes. Waited over 10 mins in drive through just to order. No one in front of us. Very rude when we were ordering. Didnât tell us the total or anything. Just told us to pull around. Got up there she yells the total at me. Then hands me a drink carrier with 5 drinks on it. 2 of them had hair on them. I only saw 1 at first and asked her to please get me a new one that didnât have hair. She rolled her eyes grabbed in and took it in the window. Iâm pretty sure she just took the hair off of it and handed it back but the windows are tinted so I couldnât see in. Then she told me to pull up for food. While waiting at the window that we pulled up to for our food she stuck her head out the window, looked annoyed and yelled âcan yâall just pull around alreadyâ. I didnât move, I was still waiting on my food. At this point there was about 20 cars behind me which caused the line to stop. Finally got our order and we were missing multiple things that we ordered. The food was cold. If you are passing through this town I would recommend to skip this McDonaldâs! After this experience I will not be going back to any McDonaldâs for a long time.

Y'all should be ashamed for the way you treat folks. Did my husband's food wrong. Gave him back his same sandwich, waded up and a piece of sausage on top. The same sandwich he just took a bite out of. And when you couldn't even put sauce on it, so you just give him his $6 back? And that was the manager. Idk how y'all are open.

I Ordered a spicy sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin After a 12 hour shift, I quickly took a bite out of it, and it was ham, I drove back around the drive-through told them about it, They took it back, put a piece of sausage on it, wrapped it back up In the same paper, they gave it to me in , and gave me the sandwich that I took a bite out of. I went inside to tell them about it, The lady on the front counter really couldnât give a damn. It took about three minutes and she threw it on the counter and said there you go. Terrible customer service

Donât know why they donât just go ahead and set up a drive in movie theater around their drive thru. Save yourself some time and headache and do not go to this place. Drive the extra 20 minutes to Blytheville and pick up some food. Itâll be the same amount of time if not quicker, seriously.

I have tried several times to give this McDonaldâs the benefit of the doubt but tonight takes the cake. There was literally two people ahead of me two cars in the parking lot. I sat in line for 20 minutes until I got so frustrated I left there was a line of cars behind me For the drive-through the employees in the drive-through donât even speak to you whenever they hand your food. I do not recommend this place.

Extremely terrible rude and didn't get my order right twice I don't recommend no one going to this location they just throw your food together and don't care and act like it's your fault I work in the restaurant business and the customer is how u keep your door's open they have to take there job more seriously people work to hard for there money to be treated so rudely when it's your fault that my order is wrong and u get my order wrong not once but twice didn't say I apologize for your inconvenience or anything just terrible all the way around the board they need management that's going to make them take there job more seriously and hold them to some type of accountability
