I just left after waiting for 25 minutes( after having the order in). I ordered one sandwich and was paying with a gift card when they would come out. They never came. Even the name on the screen that was delivering my order disappeared after a while

The food was as expected, the employees were nice, but half the stalls don't work and haven't for a while. You'd think by now this would be something they'd either have fixed or at least clearly have marked so customers don't need to jump from stall to stall to find one they can order at.

We usually drive all the way to Manila instead of coming to this Sonic, and we live here in Osceola. One time, we were told they were ten minutes behind on all orders, and so we waited for ten minutes, and they told everyone they were ten minutes behind on orders. This particular time, we tried to order a simple meal, but the young man wasn't able to ring it up easily and really struggled, asking what we ordered multiple times even though we were going slow. The order was not correct but it wasn't bad. The kicker for me was ordering a corn dog and not getting any mustard or ketchup in the package... which is standard. Not even a sonic peppermint.

Would give it zero. I’m surprised it has more stars considering this is the worst place to go in Osceola. You end up waiting 20-40 minutes for your order. I ordered two drinks one of them was a sweet tea, after waiting 30 minutes for them the tea was not sweet so I let them know. They took my drink and dumped sugar in the ice cold tea and gave it back to me. Half of their stalls are broken and they absolutely hate taking peoples orders. You’ll always get an attitude from every carhop.

I had ordered a foot long roast beef. Manager was "Very" skimpy with the veggies, ex: 4 small pieces of onions across a foot long. He gave plenty of lettuce and skimped on the rest. I had got to work to eat and I literally had bread and veggies! Meat was "Very Skimpish " $12.99 for that! More of the ballpark range of $5.99......if I wasn't at work I would've taken it back
Waited 40 minutes on four chicken bacon queso ranch raps and I got 4 raps with just a chicken strip in it nothing else

The person taking my order was short and hung up twice on me when I wasn't ready. After waiting more than 10 minutes for my hot dog and my drink and that's all I ordered I ended up just going somewhere else. Sorry about wasting your food but your workers aren't working very quickly

Soggy fries, and they had roaches in the driveway at night. The Rochest were fighting a wasp didn't expect a Dennys shows, and you can expect an hour wait for your food
