The food was as expected, the employees were nice, but half the stalls don't work and haven't for a while. You'd think by now this would be something they'd either have fixed or at least clearly have marked so customers don't need to jump from stall to stall to find one they can order at.

We usually drive all the way to Manila instead of coming to this Sonic, and we live here in Osceola. One time, we were told they were ten minutes behind on all orders, and so we waited for ten minutes, and they told everyone they were ten minutes behind on orders. This particular time, we tried to order a simple meal, but the young man wasn't able to ring it up easily and really struggled, asking what we ordered multiple times even though we were going slow. The order was not correct but it wasn't bad. The kicker for me was ordering a corn dog and not getting any mustard or ketchup in the package... which is standard. Not even a sonic peppermint.

Would give it zero. I’m surprised it has more stars considering this is the worst place to go in Osceola. You end up waiting 20-40 minutes for your order. I ordered two drinks one of them was a sweet tea, after waiting 30 minutes for them the tea was not sweet so I let them know. They took my drink and dumped sugar in the ice cold tea and gave it back to me. Half of their stalls are broken and they absolutely hate taking peoples orders. You’ll always get an attitude from every carhop.

I had ordered a foot long roast beef. Manager was "Very" skimpy with the veggies, ex: 4 small pieces of onions across a foot long. He gave plenty of lettuce and skimped on the rest. I had got to work to eat and I literally had bread and veggies! Meat was "Very Skimpish " $12.99 for that! More of the ballpark range of $5.99......if I wasn't at work I would've taken it back

The person taking my order was short and hung up twice on me when I wasn't ready. After waiting more than 10 minutes for my hot dog and my drink and that's all I ordered I ended up just going somewhere else. Sorry about wasting your food but your workers aren't working very quickly

Pressed the button and they took forever to pick up THEN said the order was on its way but nobody ever brought it out then we had to call back in because we waited ten minutes after they said they was on the way. Didn’t see nobody in there doing nothing but laughing in playing!

I don’t normally write negative reviews on any establishment. Usually I will contact the manager or owner of the local franchise to give them a chance to rectify what’s going on but after many failed attempts & plenty of time on my hands as I sit here waiting on my order that I placed online over an hour ago I feel compelled. This is by far the slowest, most careless franchise I have ever visited, the food is usually cold, the order is almost always not how we ordered it & it looks like a 5 year old just threw the ingredients in the wrapper crumpled it up threw it in the bag & said here ya go. To top it all off the general attitude of the workers is not very welcoming.
Something really needs to change at this particular location if they want repeat customers. I for one will not be dining here in the future.

When I do go to sonic, I mostly get the chili cheeseburger & tater tots. The burger is delicious & the tater tots were just the right temperature. Also the service pretty good. They have such a wonderful variety of burgers & slushes. I love it. The workers are polite.
No bathrooms!!!!!! Can’t even wash your hands!
