Super rude drive thru worker. Felt we were the rudes ones for not being okay with what she felt to substitute verses asking us if we wanted to substitute or something else all together. I work way too hard for my Money to get what we got tonight. Beans were dried out like they’d been scrapped from the edges of the pan from sitting all day. $30 down the drain. We still had to go else where to get food that was edible. (This is my first food Google review ever that’s how bad this place is). A little decency and communication goes a long way.

Everything about here SUCKS they need to close it down. Nobody answers the phone it’s full of kids it’s always something being made wrong or just wrong in general. Osceola already have limited resources. They just make it worse. I ordered food TWICE back to back and ITS STILL WRONG. Greasy, cold and dirty like the place and the workers

Been to hundred Taco Bell’s this one is by far the worst and maybe worst fast food I’ve been too! They’ll mess your order up every time and are rude! Ordered a Taco Bell box half hard half soft got home they had three hard tocos two soft but wrapped to shape like a hard taco! The other half soft tacos I ordered didn’t have meat to make it worse waited 30 minutes for this! Wouldn’t recommend going here to my worst enemy!

drive thru worker had an attitude, took order got item wrong, corrected worker on what we ordered, got order and left and was still wrong, drinks flat, food burnt and no utensils for the mashed potato’s/biscuits dry. Most of all no receipt put in bag to show proof of purchase to get refund. (we already left as we are out of town driving through, smh, zero stars if i could.) least the young gentlemen that gave us our order was polite and sweet.
Ordered two with extra everything, and this is how it came. Half full, stale, cold, not cut, and nothing extra. Waited at the pick-up parking spot for 10 min for this after ordering at the window.
I mostly order the chicken power bowl, & It's good for the price. Will be going back soon. The workers are nice.

This place is a health risk. Filthiest building I've ever been in, smells like urine. No guacamole for the chicken cantina quesadillas, The staff didnt even know taco bell sold guacamole (which is on the menu). And they were also made wrong, no cheese grilled to the outside of the shell. 0 stars.
