Poor service my drink was wrong it took forever to get the right drink I asked 3 times for straws didn’t get them chicken fried steak was HARD the pancakes was like chewing tire TERRIBLE SERVICE told my kid no special kid pancake well come to find out they do
delicious food 😋 friendly and laid back staff.
I have heard good things about Annie's but that was not my experience. The place had dirty dishes on 80% of tables. At 9 AM, the food on the buffet was dried up and scarce. I ordered crisp bacon and french toast. Received French toast about 15 minutes later but not the bacon. Asked waitress (who was overwhelmed as she was the only employee I saw the whole time there) and she brought me floppy (not crisp in the least) bacon about 5 minutes later. Annie's Pancake House is an amazing little gem of a restaurant. The breakfast buffet is delicious and excellent, and the menu options are great. The food is amazing, and the service is top notch with a friendly, very attentive waitress who goes above and beyond. The owner is the most nicest person. The restaurant is very clean with great atmosphere. They also serve lunch, and it is now a top favorite lunch place. However, the buffet may have limited options like biscuits, white gravy, bacon, sausage, and eggs. One person running the front alone can make service difficult. Also, delivery may not include utensils or syrup for pancakes. May charge for refills and drinks separately.
