Absolutely excellent!! Oysters were fresh and tasty, etueffe was authentic, full of crawfish and delicious. If you did not know better you might drive right past until uou notice a completely full parking lot. Don't expect fancy but don't miss the food, service and the experience.
I don’t eat crawfish often but when I do Delta is the go to place. It’s honestly the best crawfish I’ve tried anywhere. I never liked crawfish 3 years ago and they completely changed my mind on it. They are seasonal at the Paragould location and you usually have a wait because it’s small but the food is worth it. They have beer now too and it goes great with crawfish. Tried the alligator bites and the frog legs. It was all good. Price seems about 100 bucks for two people...
