Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Sit back and let Big Herb enlighten you on today's experience here. Decided to get some yard bird for lunch and always never disappointed in Popeyes. First time in this joint. Walked in and had a warm greeting. She took our order. We both wanted 3 piece dark. Got the receipt and drink cups. There was no ice in machine. No carbonation in the soda. All supplies were out including napkins. Tables were dirty and lobby lacked the love. The workers joked and played and didn't seem to care although they were friendly. We received one leg and thigh between both orders and rest was white meat. Chicken was good. Big Herb loves the red beans and rice but this round was very disappointing. It seemed like it was scraped from the bottom of then pan with a few grains of rice added. Mac & cheese looked like it was setting a record for dryness under a heat lamp. Can't believe it was served like that. Could've added water and stirred some? Paid $30 for disappointment. Won't be back to this location but not giving up on the brand.

Dirty tables. No carb. For sodas tasted nasty. Asked for dark meat got leg, thigh 3 wings and a breast. Mccheese was dry and cold. Red beans and rice was mainly juice barley rice in it. On 2nd note chicken had great flavor, mash potatoes was hot and great husband said his coleslaw was good. I mean come on standing back there talking not even trying to get lobby clean. Had to ask for ice and napkins spent over 30 bucks for it and I won't be back to paragould location. Next time I want chicken it will be Poplar Bluff. Do better we was excited to sit and eat and never ate at this one didn't think it would be this bad.

I am currently pulled to side waiting on my food. I have been here 25 minutes already, the food was ordered on the app before I even left the house. This place has went downhill terribly.

They always have sauces available for you and I never stingy about them.

I placed my order at the drive through and told the person taking the order my son in the car behind me was going to order and I was going to pay for all of it. She did not have a problem with that. So I pulled up to the window and there was a lady in the back that told the man and girl at the window I had to pull up because they had to give his order to him and not me so I pulled up and when my son pulled up to the window and he heard a lady in the back yelling about the rest of our order. He told her I paid for all of it and thecar behind was getting the second have of the order but I paid for all of it. The woman in the back was yelling and saying we were stupid. I have been in business management for 40 yrs and NEVER is it okay to tell customer they are stupid nor is it okay to be yelling especially insults throughout the entire store. The people at the window were perfectly capable of handling the situation.
