Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I am currently pulled to side waiting on my food. I have been here 25 minutes already, the food was ordered on the app before I even left the house. This place has went downhill terribly.

They always have sauces available for you and I never stingy about them.

Not as fast as I would have liked, food was fresh and hot well prepared, atmosphere was pretty basic.

I placed my order at the drive through and told the person taking the order my son in the car behind me was going to order and I was going to pay for all of it. She did not have a problem with that. So I pulled up to the window and there was a lady in the back that told the man and girl at the window I had to pull up because they had to give his order to him and not me so I pulled up and when my son pulled up to the window and he heard a lady in the back yelling about the rest of our order. He told her I paid for all of it and thecar behind was getting the second have of the order but I paid for all of it. The woman in the back was yelling and saying we were stupid. I have been in business management for 40 yrs and NEVER is it okay to tell customer they are stupid nor is it okay to be yelling especially insults throughout the entire store. The people at the window were perfectly capable of handling the situation.

Popeyes Popeyes while traveling The last 5 years in and out of different districts and different towns different states Popeyes has never let us down we could be broke we could be fully loaded, the customer service there is always perfect and they have never been snubby or rude always helping always helpful.

Good chicken fast food. The chicken and sandwiches are much better than the competition, in my opinion. This location's customer service is much better than the 2 locations just south of it. The food is good, the staff is nice, and the service is fast. Overall, a good restaurant.
