Terrible customer service! Especially Hunter!
I got to the Paragould location at 1:22.. waited 5 min just to place my order via drive through and another 10 to get my order, only to be handed the wrong order. I noticed the order was wrong and gave it back. I was then told my order was not ready and waited even longer. When I did get it, it tasted completely wrong. I drove around and went inside where someone begrudgingly remade it and it didn’t taste any different but I took my loss and left anyway. I’ve been ordering...read full review
Not even 3/4 of my cup was full and not hot.. I was trying to show the girl my phone to scan for my points. She didn’t give me time. Told me, “too late”. I have been a regular at Starbucks for about 15 years but I think it’s time to move on to a local coffee spot.. located right across the street…
