I usually never have an issue, but I was upset after I got my drink today when it was 90% ice.. i had a venti size drink and was halfway finished with the drink after one sip. I never have this issue here but apparently the worker today at 10:30am thought i wanted only ice

It's a Starbucks. My coffee was great. Service was acceptable as I got my order quickly but nothing special and it was just a bit awkward sitting there for over 2 hours between work meetings but it was still fine. The pecan crunch oatmilk iced latte. I died and went to coffee heaven. It was amazing. Fall lineup is GOAT.

Had to DoorDash this morning and let me tell you my breakfast sandwich was delicious! Typically coffee shops have breakfast sandwiches and you can tell they have been microwaved . Oh boy not this one , fresh hot and so yummy ! Oh coffee was amazing as always. Thank you !!!

This is usually go to location white chocolate mocha venti with 12 pumps of the white chocolate not one time has it been off but I tell you what did they miss here idk what was the deal inside but this kid just took my order and didn’t even remember I ordered a sandwich but kid handed me my card back told me have a good night and closed the window a minute later he shows up with the sandwich kid obviously had other things on his mind he was giggling the whole time hickies all over his neck my drink was white chocolate mocha with no sweetness to it at all and the sandwich is the absolute worst thing I’ve ever spent 7on for that prices grilled chz shouu up of have made me do back flips 14.11 cents for the worst service and food I could’ve got and it really has me questioning if I should go back again and I probably won’t unless they make it right and it’s on Starbucks

I don't find a lot of differences among Starbucks locations, but what really stands out for the Paragould location is the joy it is to interact with the staff. I routinely feel like my mood is lifted just because of how courteous and friendly they are. Thank you!

The nicest people with friendly service here at the Paragould, Arkansas at the Hwy 49 and 412 shop. No one has ever offered a sample of a featured drink but I was curious about the spicy pineapple passion fruit refresher. As delightful as the energy of the employees - we interacted with 3 baristas - I highly recommend the spicy pineapple! ❤️ ☕
