I got a loaded beef nacho for my moble order and they forgot to put guacamole and the sauce on it and barely filled my box with a lot. Come on guys, Brookland’s taco bell does better. I got something else for my little sister but didn’t get to check if anything was missing. The people who answered the window didn’t seem very happy to be working, it’s not difficult to have a little bit of enthusiasm or to make a simple small meal the way it should be.

Set in line over 20 minutes with only 4 cars in the drive-thru get my order and drive home to find out my order was wrong the ticket on the bag was what I ordered but what was inside the bag was all wrong not even close!!!!!!!!!! Very bad experience!!!!!!

Terrible they need to get manager that can run a business right. Workers goof off everything I am in taco bell in paragould Arkansas. Mess orders up causing to redo order costing business loss money due to their neglect of doing their jobs. Tonight went to drive in at 720pm was told they was short handed and wasn't taking no more orders till 8pm. Only 2 car in the drive thur. This supervisor or boss needs fired because they are loosing business because of this. I hold higher ups in the taco bell corporation see this and takes care of the issues before this business is force to close because of lack of profits .

My 6yr old only eats the Fiesta Potatoes (plain) and I ordered 3 of them and then my daughter's meal came with 1. I'm not sure how long they had been cooked, but they were hard as a rock and completely dried up. Whoever actually put those in the order should be ashamed that they would send them out like that. But I learned my lesson and ask for fresh ones now. And ALWAYS check your order before you leave

Absolutely horrid location. Portions on the premium items are less than kids menu items. Grilled cheese burritos are smaller than the soft tacos, as well as forgetting items on a simple order. When asked the employees just say that’s how they do it here and roll their eyes. Extremely rude, nasty environment. I just wanted Taco Bell passing through and this was the worst location I’ve ever been too between employees and food issues.

Gross and nasty food, didn't even get half of my order, served in take-out line and food was ice-cold(refrigerator cold)?Apparently told me the place was out of napkins. It didn't taste right so I threw it in the garbage when I got home. The prices were outrageous. I'll never eat here again...I hadn't been here in over a year...some really negative stuff is happening. I only ate there out of necessity as I had not been shopping to buy groceries yet.

NEVER GO THERE AT NIGHT SHIFT! The manager who works night shift is a child predator. His name is Cory Reed and not only has he flirted with me while I was SEVENTEEN and made me severely uncomfortable but he does the same to my friends. None of us are comfortabl going here during the night shift because of his creepy, predatory behavior.
