Went to the drive thru and it was very fast and the food was good as always....but they forgot 2 items..So when I returned with my receipt the mgr refunded the entire order and gave me the 2 items I was missing....I was amazed to say the least...thank you mgr of Taco Bell for exceeding my expectations...it rarely happens..
Food was okay, but I don't really like that you don't interact with anyone. You have to order from a kiosk, and the menu is no longer visible when you walk in. We all need human contact, and the impersonal set up sucks.

I got a loaded beef nacho for my moble order and they forgot to put guacamole and the sauce on it and barely filled my box with a lot. Come on guys, Brookland’s taco bell does better. I got something else for my little sister but didn’t get to check if anything was missing. The people who answered the window didn’t seem very happy to be working, it’s not difficult to have a little bit of enthusiasm or to make a simple small meal the way it should be.
