“We had a Branch Burger, and the Grilled Chicken Horseshoe fries, and they were delicious, the burger was juicy, the fries were crispy, and saucy, the chicken was grilled to perfection! 10/10 recommend! They were also quick, and the staff was friendly!“

This is not the first time they have failed at getting my order right. My reason for a poor recommendation is not for a coupon or a free burger. I complain so hopefully the store manager will step up and hold their employees accountable. Teach them their job. They need to know what “no mustard, extra Mayo” means. They, the employees need some personal responsibility.“
