“My experience at this Sonic started horribly with poor communication with the girl taking my order, not being able to pay with a debit card, my order being incorrect, and my burger tasting like it came over on the Mayflower. I complained, and a manager by the name of Annette went above and beyond to make things better. Not only did she remake my delicious burger as specified, she came back out to ensure my satisfaction. I’ll definitely go back! I hope this gal gets promoted soon. She deserves it and Sonic would benefit tremendously.“

“Great customer service!! My fiancé and I went into Wendy’s for a quick dinner. I had ordered the taco salad. I didn’t realize it had raw red tomatoes on it. I am allergic to raw red tomatoes and when I noticed it I told my fiancé it had tomatoes on it. The nice lady behind the counter was so polite and offered to remake my salad for me. She could have been rude or made me feel worse about the situation than I already did but she was so nice to me about it. Needless to say our food was very good. While we were eating they were deep cleaning as well and it was so nice and clean in the restaurant. We will return. Thank you!

“I can’t believe I’m posting for a fast food restaurant but (a) it was super tasty and (b) the staff deserve a huge shout out. I really enjoyed my “mini” burger (if the small ones are this big I can’t imagine the full size) and the service staff were very helpful given I hadn’t been to a five guys before. I didn’t think I’d come away both impressed by the service and the really delicious burger (all the way with grilled jalapeños FTW!!!).“

“1 day for the first time and the service awesome.The area awesome the cooking staff , especially Berto absolutely amazing cook my wife had the chili pot pie or the pot pie I guess they call it. I'm not sure which one right now LOL and ordered a large bowl and I ordered the Big Daddy recovered in Chile and I had them add extra grilled onions and jalapenos, my God that was 1 of the absolute best burgers I've ever had this place to me is top-notch old school family style, hamburger, joint atmosphere which we don't see anymore. I'm very glad the new owners have kept that persona. A lot more people , especially young people , need to visit this place to get a taste of what we grew up with in a way that the place looked the way that the place provides that up close personal service and how that old cooking style is still implemented in a business like this.They wanted me to give a five star rating lol there isnt enough stars to give this place I'm telling you people , you really need to go there if you really want to be able to have that old nostalgia feeling , go here , you won't regret it. And just to let you know, I am not a person to give just great compliments. I will also give compliments of concern when it comes to restaurants. I'm very well-known for that, I don't be around the Bush, I don't show favoritism. I tell like it is and with 40 plus years of restaurant experience and years of experience as a cook and having certifications, I'm pretty confident that I can give the type of advice that people can take seriously. Also, I'm an FYI kind of guy, I got going back into restaurants and give them a hard time, I'm there to help teach what needs to be and compliment when need be and I hope the public can do the same thing. So if you ever have any issues with this place, feel free. To let them know in a very kind manner and please whatever you do if the praise is worth it do so right then and there and also on the media because media does a lot for businesses, either good or bad and this place deserves the best type of reviews it can get for now.“

“When I was little, I used to live in Crystal River Florida. There was a tiny little place that served cheeseburgers, and I had never had a burger that tasted like it in my life. Besides there my whole life, I looked for places that might’ve had the same taste of burgers and I could never find anyone that had a burger that tasted like the burgers I used to get when I was 5 to 8 years old. I went to Culver’s and they had it the butter burger. I’ve never been more happier in my life to find that burger again, it taste exactly like I remember it and I just am happier than I could ever be that. I finally got to eat one of those burgers again after 51 years of looking for the butter burger I didn’t know what it was called. I didn’t know what was different about it. I just knew the flavor was amazing and I had to have another one go to Culver’s guys. The butter burgers are the best.“

“Ok here is the deal. I have been a customer of 5 guy's for at least 9 years, The food I had today is as good as the first time I had a 5 guy's burger. The thing is that the burgers are hand made, cooking on a grill you can see while they cook it and you can have just about anything you can put on a burger... The Fry's are made the old fashioned way, with potatoes cut fresh in the old way right in the shop just minutes before they are cooked.

Just think about the best burgers you ever had at a cookout and you will be close.

Now for the down side... The quality of the ingredients and the hand labor required to produce the burgers. In this way make five guys a tad on the expensive side. Yesterday I ordered a regular cheeseburger... A regular cheeseburger at five guys is two patties with all the trimmings and it cost about 10 bucks just for the burger. I bought a burger. My wife bought a bacon burger and we split a regular order of frys, no drinks... The bill came just short of $30... What I am most happy about is that they have not cut corners, The ingredients quality is it's good now as I've ever seen and I hope they survive because the prices are going up and it's not their fault. It's the cost of the ingredients and the labor... I still don't know of a place to get a better burger anywhere in the midwest...“

“I came through the drive-thru around 9:40 and they helped me choose what I wanted to eat and they accidentally in the middle of the chaos of helping me pick out my food forgot to put in my husband's order and only put in my my order so they gave us my husband's order for free and then made it fresh and brought it out to us in the parking lot super fast and apologized and they were absolutely amazing tonight thank you so much for the amazing service and amazing food and the amazing attitude and just being amazing....“
