I just picked up a pizza tonight to go and had ordered extra sauce and cheese but the pizza didn’t really look that great—the manager said he’d make me a new one right then and it is amazing!! Lots of cheese and sauce!! Thank you!!

We have had 3 wrong orders in the last 60 days, today I called to ask them to make it right and heard a man tell the woman on the phone, “put them on hold, they’ll hang up”. I was then placed on hold with no conversation. I called back and the man who answered instead of addressing their service issues lectured me about being upset. Whoever is running this location must have changed because this is pathetic compared to how good this store was previously. Absolutely pathetic!

Everyone was nice and professional helped me especially the manger on duty and she did an amazing job
SO somebody went through the line and lied to them and told them they had my Order! The manager let me know and remade my order no problem, NOW… I’m not gonna lie this is the best freaking pizza I’ve ever had from a Domino’s!! Shout out to the Pea Ridge Domino’s!!

We ordered 2 pizzas from the Pea Ridge, AR location last night and whomever prepared and cooked our pizzas did an EXCELLENT job!!! (Order was under Nochowitz, in case they want to look it up and see who worked the order.) The toppings were applied with care and spread to the edge of the pizza (I think we've all had pizzas before where there's a 3-inch gap between the toppings and the edge and it's always such a disappointment) and it was cooked perfectly. I wanted to take the time to thank them and let them know their conscientious work did not go unnoticed and was very appreciated. They looked and tasted great, and we will definitely order from this location again in the future.

the store and open area made me feel great! only to be met with the most sad pizza in recent memory. Thanks David... Edit - Attempt number two is only met with more disappointment and a pizza with air bubbles. I hate to have to ask someone to do it right but this seems to be a recurring theme.
