I got the shrimp and steak with veggies and fried rice. Everything was amazing. The meats were cooked to perfection and the rice was seasoned so perfectly I didn’t even need soy sauce… and I love my soy sauce. The portions were plentiful as well and the customer service was great. You will have zero regrets grabbing food from here. True hibachi on wheels!
I just moved from California and well we have such a diversity of good food out there my husband and I were craving Katsu chicken and it’s not that easy finding cravings like that around here. Ah!! This little food truck was 5 stars.. craving satisfied. Chicken Katsu was delicious the serving for the rice and vegetables was also nice! I highly recommend and will be back for more!!
