“Great customer service!! My fiancé and I went into Wendy’s for a quick dinner. I had ordered the taco salad. I didn’t realize it had raw red tomatoes on it. I am allergic to raw red tomatoes and when I noticed it I told my fiancé it had tomatoes on it. The nice lady behind the counter was so polite and offered to remake my salad for me. She could have been rude or made me feel worse about the situation than I already did but she was so nice to me about it. Needless to say our food was very good. While we were eating they were deep cleaning as well and it was so nice and clean in the restaurant. We will return. Thank you!
Dietary restrictions: Allergic to red raw tomatoes. The employees were happy to oblige to my needs.“

“Don't go in after 8 30 pm they close at 9 pm the guy in PR Ar is not a happy camper ? about me coming in after 8 30 pm he did do a good job making my 3 sandwich just a lot sighing making my while my 3 sandwiches this was the First time I had seen this guy working there he was the only person in the building that I seen I go to this subway 3 or 4 times a month on Wed night and this is the first time I have had a bad experience maybe he just had a bad daySince he was at the store by himself this store is always clean and have good employees.“

“My experience at this Sonic started horribly with poor communication with the girl taking my order, not being able to pay with a debit card, my order being incorrect, and my burger tasting like it came over on the Mayflower. I complained, and a manager by the name of Annette went above and beyond to make things better. Not only did she remake my delicious burger as specified, she came back out to ensure my satisfaction. I’ll definitely go back! I hope this gal gets promoted soon. She deserves it and Sonic would benefit tremendously.“
