Always waiting 20 minutes for food in the drive through. Combine that with the big prices they now charge and I don't see why I should come back.

I got so may complaints… 1) no hair protection hair net or beard net 2) standing at the counter for 25 minutes wait to place and order while the manager makes eye contact with you and when ask another employee for help they say give them a minute to get someone. We try to get their attention multiple times even other customers tried. Worst service ever gotten

McDonald's just sucks as a fast food restaurant we haven't eaten there in years just because of the fact that it's not a good place to eat at it's not all 100% beef and if it is there is much chemicals in it and the fish sandwich that I got was 1 1/2 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide and hard as a rock not going back

Horrible drive thru, they had 3 cars pull over waiting on fries, then I got my food and fries were cold. Wth??? Horrible

I ordered my meal, went and sat down. Waiting on them to bring it to me. I literally sit waiting for over 10 minutes then I had to go to the counter. Took them another 3 to 4 minutes to get my meal taken care of. When they made my fish sandwich. The bottom bun was hard and they set it out with the fries waiting to get me a drink which took another couple of minutes when they got it to me the fries was not salted and everything was cold The sweet tea was not sweet so I had to exchange it for a soda when it takes over 15 minutes to be able to eat I think they should have refunded the price or give me a free meal or something. That's ridiculous I've been coming to this store for 18 years. This is the first time I've ever had this problem but they sucked today

Everytime I DoorDash something from this location it’s always messed up. I got a hotcakes breakfast and I ordered an extra syrup. With that meal you get one free syrup, so I should’ve had 2 but only got 1. Not the end of the world, but it does get annoying

It's easy to hate on McDonald's but they sell food in volume, so law of averages somethings gonna mess up. The problem is that this one does it all the time. They will pull you up for 30 second wait to make it seem like the food comes out on time to their management. But it doesn't, the. You get forgotten. Or you know the forget like the freaking big Mac from your big Mac combo ( happened to me) . It's awful most the time. But you know sometimes everything aligns and you get what you ordered and it's not burnt, and it's not under cooked (like the soggy raw fries I got this time). The only place worse than this McDonald's for messing up your order.. is sonic for which I have never gotten my order correct. So I gave McDonald's 2 stars for that reason.
Chase was awesome he made the dining experience awesome and above and beyond making sure our order was fresh and hot and up to satisfactory. This is the most pleasant McDonald's to treat yourselves too.

Drive thru help needs extra training Sunday was unbelievable. I was going to take out but decided I didn’t need a smart—- trying to take my order and maki g smart remarks. There is some very good help there it shouldn’t reflect on them. If they don’t want to work and be courteous to customers it really hurts the business.
