Got 2 of the 4 pizzas wrong. Would not answer phone. All calls went to an answering service. Answering service “lost” my call 3 times. Drove up to store. Explained the issue, no apology given. Just said they would refund.

We paid extra for extra sauce and cheese, it didn't have it. Our crust was not brushed with butter and was dry, Our garlic bread had no butter or garlic...it was plain bread, Our cinnamon rolls had no icing on them. Horrible. Not blaming the 2 17 year olds that were overwhelmed. I blame management. This is the 3rd time we've had a bad experience with ordering from this location this year.

Bad service. Called in an order and they said they could do it according to our coupon. Picked up the order and they wouldn’t give us one of the items because their guy on the phone made the mistake. Said the food can just go to waste instead of giving it to us. Left with half our order. They are rude and wasteful. Terrible experience all around.

Ordered 3 pizzas on the app, they were ready ahead of time promised. The pizzas were great. Cheese sticks could have had more cheese, i should have asked for extra cheese. Lol
