Sometimes 5-star sometimes 1. It really depends on who’s working but I wish there was more consistency. I order flavored water and half the time, they do it perfectly with lots of fruit and a perfect amount of ice. The cashier is friendly and gives me the receipt. More recently: all ice and one small piece of fruit. No receipt, cold service. After having that happen again today, I’ve decided to wait a while before going back. I appreciate the employees who do great work and care about being kind!

My experience at this Sonic started horribly with poor communication with the girl taking my order, not being able to pay with a debit card, my order being incorrect, and my burger tasting like it came over on the Mayflower. I complained, and a manager by the name of Annette went above and beyond to make things better. Not only did she remake my delicious burger as specified, she came back out to ensure my satisfaction. I’ll definitely go back! I hope this gal gets promoted soon. She deserves it and Sonic would benefit tremendously.

I waited for 10 mins and no one ever answered the coms but someone else pulled up and got their order taken immediately I will not be going back

Bryant and kaylacia are awesome, Annette has an the best crew that is about customer satisfaction and caring that your food is prepared in the most competent way as well ae being confident in the work they do
Every time I ask for multiple sauce all they ever give me is one. Other than that i have no problem and if didn't happen to me everytime i ask for them i wouldn't care but I'm getting tired of it.

Came by Saturday night and got two smash burgers. Gentleman at the speaker box/window gave us phenomenal service! Food order was correct and delish. There is a bit of a dip in the drive thru lane so lowered cars should be careful when going through.

I would give zero stars but decided to be nicer than that and give one. Sat in the vehicle for 15 minutes and after pressing the red button twice and no one answering we just drove away. Never going going back!
