Ordered some floats with my order, a Big Red float, a Cherry Coke float and a Ocean Water float. They forgot to put one of them on my order so had to do another order just for that, okay fine. Big Red float and Cherry Coke float were fine but when they brought me the Ocean Water float it wasn't it was an ocean water SLUSH float I said this isn't what I ordered she said it was I said that I never said slush and had to explain to her the difference between an ocean water float and an ocean water slush float. Then she goes backs and gets it fixed when she brings out the correct float she said that the manager said they don't NORMALLY do that because it gets FIZZY/FOAMY. I'm like excuse me that is what ALL soda floats do. Example cherry coke float- ice cream, flavoring and coke. Ocean water float- ice cream, flavoring and soda. So tell me again how you don't NORMALLY do it because the cherry coke float wasn't an issue so neither should be the ocean water float they both get fizzy/foamy it isn't any more than a root beer and root beer is the foamiest of all and its a classic, never heard of them or anyone objecting to make one of those either!

The worst food service I have been to in my entire life. Our order was incorrect, we tried correcting it and the Manager messed it up even more. We had 2 orders for 1 car, they charged the incorrect card for both orders and then could not correct it. Maybe they can learn from this review. I have never been so disappointed in a Sonic in my life. We will not be going back to this location ever again and will be telling everyone we know to avoid it at all cost since they cannot appear to get anything correct, even the manager was lacking the necessary skills to do their job.

The server knew what my sister wanted and had it prepared when they saw us pull up. They take care of their regulars.
This location couldn’t accept my coupon after telling me they could and I had to leave after they already made my sandwich. Waste of my time and the food that probably got throw away.

We avoid this Sonic, the location has been lacking good management for years. Theres been times I never received my full order & they never made it right. But it was just one awful incident after another. To many teenagers working there

I've left positive reviews for this Sonic before this Friday at 10:40 pm. They had no ice cream, already started cleaning their machine. Our two double cheeseburgers were cold and they didn't make them as we requested. We spent $23 just to throw it all in the trash. We won't be back at this location again.

Sonic at Pea Ridge was on point today ,quick service. Burger was excellent, tots were good not burnt or greasy.
