Sometimes 5-star sometimes 1. It really depends on who’s working but I wish there was more consistency. I order flavored water and half the time, they do it perfectly with lots of fruit and a perfect amount of ice. The cashier is friendly and gives me the receipt. My experience at this Sonic started horribly with poor communication with the girl taking my order, not being able to pay with a debit card, my order being incorrect, and my burger tasting like it came over on the Mayflower. I complained, and a manager by the name of Annette went above and beyond to make things better. Not only did she remake my delicious burger as specified, she came back out to ensure my satisfaction. I’ll definitely go back! I hope this gal gets promoted...
Bryant and kaylacia are awesome, Annette has an the best crew that is about customer satisfaction and caring that your food is prepared in the most competent way as well ae being confident in the work they do
