This is a nicer restaurant than what is usually encountered or standards. The outside of the store had a wrap around porch with tables and chairs that are also underneath a wooded section of trees that leaves shady spots all day long and is a beautiful setting reflecting the small town atmosphere of Pea Ridge that is rapidly becoming a thing of days gone by. I would recommend anyone to take advantage of this if wanting to get outside for break or meal before going back to work as it's actually prettier than can be found at a city park. The town is growing so fast but there should be several more years to enjoy this setting before all the new growth in the community changes the scenery 😀 Very lovely and unique store compared to the usual locations they offer.

I oderered online on my app asked for my sandwiches to be toasted two different times and they didn’t toast it. I also expected my sandwiches to have everything I asked for and there was no effort to them making it.

If you don't mind waiting for your sandwich then you're good. I always do app orders but still have to wait even when arriving at the shop 5 minutes after it should be done.

Highly suggest you check the bag (and the sandwiches) in the parking lot - EVERY time I’ve been there in the last six months or so, something has been wrong with my order.

This time, they ran out of the meat for my online order, and when I selected a new meat, I didn’t get the double meat that I had ordered originally. Then, I had to ask for my third drink - he only gave me two. Finally, after I got home, I had to drive BACK to the restaurant to get my cookies. And, of course, no restitution of any sort. Last time I had a similar experience at another place in town, I got a sincere-feeling apology and some coupons. This time, I felt vaguely like I was inconveniencing the guy behind the counter. Overall, I would not recommend.

I Ordered online in pea ridge arkansa 3 for 1799, 6 pack cookies and a soda, and all 3 of the requested sandwiches were prepared wrong. There meat was sliced way thin, I'm glad I got a deluxe. I was disappointed in the sandwiches quality.

Have given this location many chances over the past year, but it’s just not the greatest. Food is generally okay, but no matter what, the sandwiches never get toasted (even when specifying “extra toasted” on the order). Please actually toast the sandwiches!!! Also tried a churro today, and it tasted like it sat out for the past week - was extremely tough and chewy and tasted stale, had to throw it out :( Just disappointing

!!!!! I order through their app, they mark it complete, I go there and the boy tells me he hasn't started it yet. I leave for a meeting and come back to speak to a manager and I'm told the manager is out, I can't have her contact info and will have to come back up there Monday through Friday before 4pm. I have a full time job! I now have to get with their corporate office to force a refund for my order!!!!!!! Never again!

Was that Subway in Pea Ridge? Arkansas who knows where the workers were, they were in the back room. I don't know, maybe smoking cigarettes who knows, but it took him a long time. I was setting their ordering online and the customers yelling back. Or is anybody there? Is there anybody there? They finally came out to help the customer after about 5 to 10 10 minutes. I think the ladies are too old to be working there. They need to get some younger people in there. Get some new blood, you get this place app and going before they go out of business. They know nothing about the internet or anything about online surfaces. I asked them, we know nothing. They need to be trained how to use the online order system. You can't just throw people in there. And I teach him that shows you that whoever owns it this business, it's not taking it seriously enough.Please train your employees and maybe one day I will come back
