Literally Everytime my order has a cheese cup for chips or even as an extra, I don't get it... And tonight I got a weak excuse for a $39 ticket. No meat on my crunch wrap no cheese cup and the nachos bell grande was served to us with cold refried beans... What's going on here how is it consistently disappointing...

Wonderful service!!! Had problems ordering online. Was charged but order didn't go through. This has happened before at a different taco bell. Unlike the other location this one actually fixed it and didn't make me repay. Thank you so much for the great customer service. The food has always been good and orders always right as well.

Just want to compliment the wonderful young lady who served us this morning and make it clear that she did an amazing job super kind working very hard seeing as she was the only one in the entire store that we could see I do not think there was anyone else helping her if there was it would have been only one other person there was one car outside there was a wait and regardless of that wait she still worked as hard as she could to get the food out to us as timely and neatly as possible while continuing to be professional and welcoming regardless of the obvious stress surely she must of been under. SHE DESERVES A BONUS OR SOMETHING for the outstanding and sweet customer service she still provided ! Extremely slow even with small orders. Every order I've gotten from this location has been made wrong. Ask for no sour cream and they pile more on like you asked for extra. There's hardly anything inside the tacos or burritos. Honestly thought a Taco Bell in Pea Ridge would be nice, tired of giving this place chances
This is one of the best Taco Bell's in Northwest Arkansas. They got my order perfect and we're very quick. The kids and I will be using this Taco Bell as much as possible. Great job team!!!

I am deeply appalled and offended. I spend around 30 dollars. I ordered 3 drinks, and received 0. I ordered a soft taco, and didn't received it. I ordered sauce, and didn't receive it. I asked for a fork, and didn't receive it. There were no napkins present. Now, I understand and can be difficult to do everything perfectly, but you managed to mess up nearly every element of my order. Before today, this is behavior I would never associate with such a fine establishment, but this experience has left me questioning everything.
