This taco bell's overnight crew single handedly blows every other taco bell out of the water. They have served me the freshest and most mouthwatering delectable dorito locos tacos every time I go there at night. They are not only miles ahead in flavor, but extremely consistent as well. I have never been let down by a dorito locos taco served by the overnight crew here.
I have gotten to a point where I will refuse to eat at a different taco bell given the option because none of them do it like this one. Bravo, chefs kiss, 10/10.

Editing my review for a newer update and updated review to 5 stars.

I eat here once or twice a week usually during lunch. I always order on the app and it is very fast and I very rarely have a problem with my order. There is a gentleman who works the drive through window who has been there for quite a while now and he is always very nice and hospitable. This store is definitely night and day was it was 3 years ago. If I order in the evenings or get a larger order I do still double check before leaving but it’s been a long time since anything significant was incorrect with my order(s).

Previous review 1 star (would have given a zero if that were an option at the time) All I have to say is if you want your order correct do not go to this restaurant at night. I will start off by saying I have eaten here many times since it is opened. When I get food during the day, I have had no issues. I order on the app I pick it up. My order is complete and I’m never missing anything. if I’ve ordered at night every single time I have missing food. When you’re ordering for multiple people, it adds up quickly the amount of food Ive paid that I get home and they have missed multiple items. Tonight I tried to order the deluxe nacho fries box. I don’t really like nacho fries so I asked if they could just put chips in there instead of the nacho fries. I understand that sounds odd, but I like the other stuff in it instead. When I’ve ordered at the Bentonville location or any of the others it’s never a big deal for them to just switch those out. They do it all the time. The manager said well if you want chips you’re just gonna have to pay for them. I also mentioned how just probably three days ago. I ordered dinner for my and I ordered and Enchirito for myself for dinner and I got home and didn’t even have my dinner because they missed it completely that wasn’t even in my meal. That costs about $4 after tax. That is just one item they have missed. Every time something we ordered isnt even in the bag when we get home to eat. The manager was completely rude. I told him like I feel like this is ridiculous. I had just told him they literally missed more food that I had paid for three days ago. I never got the money back for that food because I was already home, so it was too late to go back up there and get the food considering it was late in the evening. Rather than providing good customer service and saying I’m sorry that we missed that food this time I’ll go ahead and make sure you get those chips instead. I was refused service until told to get out of his drive-through. His justification for this was that he said well it affects my food cost. The reason it affects your food cost is that you’re messing up peoples orders or I guarantee you your employees are eating food and not ringing it up. I’ve ran a restaurant before. I know what food cost is. I’ve had to count inventory every single week and I know what food cost is and how you have to try to only be off a fraction of a percent. Your food cost isn’t an issue due to a minor little switch like that. If anything, your should have a cushion on food cost based on how much they miss food. They should easily be in the positive just by the items they miss for my family alone. If you look on Google over half of the review, say that every order was missing items. Your food cost issue is not from doing something nice for the customer and switching out a very small thing that other stores do all the time. It is appalling the customer service that you have in the evening with that manager. To note every other person who I have interacted with has been great but he is awful. This is also not my first interaction I have had with him and not the first complaint I have made. The other complaint was on the app so I am trying other avenues now to see if someone will reach out at some point to remedy this situation and the many others that I have paid for items and not gotten them.

Don't like the fact there is no menu board on the wall or help at the counter. Not everybody wants to deal with technology. I like to see my options.

Service and atmosphere were fine. If you are looking for meat in your tacos chicken or beef you will not find it here. See photo of basically an empty shell. Next time I will drive to Taco Casa to get a real taco. 100% disappointed

The food was fresh but the kid on the serviceline was moving in slow motion. 2 workers on the drive thru and 1 worker on the inside food. Said they had a lot of door dashes and apologized for our wait. We waited 30 minutes for our order and we ordered inside. And some of the food was cold when we got it

There is no adult supervision in the playground. Simple instructions for no tomato or sour cream. 2 nd and last time I will go there. I’ll call ahead to Victorias next door and get what I ordered for the same price and better quality food. Don’t waste you time at this Taco Bell location.

Place was dirty. They served the drive through before the lobby, several times. Some even ordered the same thing i had, how do I know? I could hear people ordering from the drive through line. When I asked the kitchen staff, how much longer, I was told "patience is key"

Food is basic fast food, but the service is soooo unfathomable slow... 20 mins for some fast food tacos at 5 pm on a Sunday is atrocious.

Literally Everytime my order has a cheese cup for chips or even as an extra, I don't get it... And tonight I got a weak excuse for a $39 ticket. No meat on my crunch wrap no cheese cup and the nachos bell grande was served to us with cold refried beans... What's going on here how is it consistently disappointing...
