Absolutely the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. Items missing from our order. Wife went back inside and it took her standing at the counter for 5 mins before the staff including the manager to get off their cell phones long enough to realize she was there. No apologies for the lack of poor customer service of any kind. Definitely will not visit this location again. Businesses often fail because of poor management.
Fairly new store, it was great the first 3-4 months until everyone got comfortable and complacent and then subtly food quality started to change and not for the better (hard dried out buns, old cold hard fries etc...). Employees started out the same, at first they were attentive and friendly and now your lucky if one of the teenagers that work there crack a smile and say thank you as you leave. There is one thing I still highly enjoy at this restaurant and that is the wonderous soda fountain machine that can conceivably create any soft drink combo you desire.... Ain't technology grand? đ

Came through today and got a baconator meal. Fries were old and plain,
and my burger was smashed together and my drink was even flat. I had cash
, apparently they dont accept a 50 or 100 bill. The manager proceeds to tell me there is a sign on the window. They need to put it on the menu so you know before you wait in line. đ€·đŒââïž

The employees in pea ridge are polite and positive. The food is pretty good for fast food. I have went when everything I ordered was luke warm but today things were fresh and hot.

I literally didnât get any straws with my order, no sauce , I went inside and everyone was just standing talking . Absolutely not I love my Wendyâs girl dont play
We live just across the Ar.& Mo. line but we always go to Pea Ridge when we want Wendy's. It's always good.

40 min wait when there is no one else in line. Ordered on app, got here 30 mins later and food still not ready. 2 chili, a potato and 2 burgers shouldn't take 40 mins when restaurant is empty! Edit...... Tried eating here one more time. Ordered a bacon double stack. Got home and NO BACON! How can you forget the bacon?????

Slowest Wendy's this side of the Mississippi. Doesn't matter what time you show up or how busy they are, it never fails that you are asked to pull up or park past the drive through because they are waiting to cook some food item. NOT fast food.

Went to the drive through to get a mobile pick up but the ice cream was made wrong not even the ones we wanted but we dealt with it but the gentleman at the window tried to hand me 4 ice creams and didn't even ask if I wanted a carrier for it and the fries was just like warm...They didn't acknowlede when we pulled to the window

Absolutely horrible customer service, 7/31 at 1:00pm, waited at the counter for several minutes and not one employee acknowledged me. There were no cars in drive through and only about 5 people in the dining room. I only have so much time to eat lunch while working. I won't ever come to this location again. To the employees and management of this location, In case you need a reminder, it is the customers that keep the lights

Weâve been to this location often and usually donât have any issues but this time was truly awful and borderline unsanitary and unsafe. For one thing they forgot our fries which is forgivable, I simply went back in and grabbed them, however upon returning home and digging into our food we found that my fiancĂ©s burger was not even fully cooked and was bloody and raw inside. If we didnât live thirty minutes away I would be driving back and showing this to a manager in person. This could make someone seriously sick.

I have put in a mobile order due to living out of city limits i was my trips as short as possible well considering youâre already driving 15-20 minutes into âtownâ to this location youâd expect the order to be ready. No it is not you continue to wait another 15 minutes after being told oh I see your order itâll be done in a couple minutes⊠that is now how you run customer service especially since you tell someone oh we didnât have something thatâs why you didnât have it in your order and that something is something i also ordered. So instead you just tell me itâll be a couple minutes walk off never say another word and let your customers wait 40-50 minutes total. Not to mention I decided to check once I was in the car to make sure everything is in the bag. It is thank god. But the food is cold it is not even fresh and warm. I expect a lot better out of any restaurant. Iâm not sure whoâs management and whoâs training these kids but they need a new leadership over them.
