We live just across the Ar.& Mo. line but we always go to Pea Ridge when we want Wendy's. It's always good.

40 min wait when there is no one else in line. Ordered on app, got here 30 mins later and food still not ready. 2 chili, a potato and 2 burgers shouldn't take 40 mins when restaurant is empty! Edit...... Tried eating here one more time. Ordered a bacon double stack. Got home and NO BACON! How can you forget the bacon?????

Slowest Wendy's this side of the Mississippi. Doesn't matter what time you show up or how busy they are, it never fails that you are asked to pull up or park past the drive through because they are waiting to cook some food item. NOT fast food.

Went to the drive through to get a mobile pick up but the ice cream was made wrong not even the ones we wanted but we dealt with it but the gentleman at the window tried to hand me 4 ice creams and didn't even ask if I wanted a carrier for it and the fries was just like warm...They didn't acknowlede when we pulled to the window

Absolutely horrible customer service, 7/31 at 1:00pm, waited at the counter for several minutes and not one employee acknowledged me. There were no cars in drive through and only about 5 people in the dining room. I only have so much time to eat lunch while working. I won't ever come to this location again. To the employees and management of this location, In case you need a reminder, it is the customers that keep the lights

We’ve been to this location often and usually don’t have any issues but this time was truly awful and borderline unsanitary and unsafe. For one thing they forgot our fries which is forgivable, I simply went back in and grabbed them, however upon returning home and digging into our food we found that my fiancés burger was not even fully cooked and was bloody and raw inside. If we didn’t live thirty minutes away I would be driving back and showing this to a manager in person. This could make someone seriously sick.

I have put in a mobile order due to living out of city limits i was my trips as short as possible well considering you’re already driving 15-20 minutes into “town” to this location you’d expect the order to be ready. No it is not you continue to wait another 15 minutes after being told oh I see your order it’ll be done in a couple minutes… that is now how you run customer service especially since you tell someone oh we didn’t have something that’s why you didn’t have it in your order and that something is something i also ordered. So instead you just tell me it’ll be a couple minutes walk off never say another word and let your customers wait 40-50 minutes total. Not to mention I decided to check once I was in the car to make sure everything is in the bag. It is thank god. But the food is cold it is not even fresh and warm. I expect a lot better out of any restaurant. I’m not sure who’s management and who’s training these kids but they need a new leadership over them.

I called because they messed up my bacon at or and didn’t put bacon on it when I went back up there they threw away the food they made me bring back in and still didn’t give me my correct order. The manager on duty was also a horrid person to deal with she got mad and yelled at me because I told her she was wrong on the policy seeming how I worked at this Wendy’s at one point in the past few months

Did drive through "late" 10ish orders a classic chicken sandwich frosty and a wrap. Was told to pull ahead when no one was behind us. Waited 15 backed up to the window they had for got us. Waited another 10 to get crappy fries and cold sandwich....

I ordered a baconator meal... took 10 minutes and the managers were rude AS HELL!!! The girl Lorean told me to "take a hike buddy". Once I got my meal I took a bite into something sharp and cut my mouth! There was a RAZOR BLADE in my damn burger!!!

It was a nice clean place.woth a friendly atmosphere, and the service was quicker than most places I've been to.

Same problem as most. The restaurants you can't go into the restaurant and get any service. Wendy's is losing the service to people. I'm pretty bad. I don't know what's going on. Since Dave died at the place is going downhill a lot. I guess the daughters and the sons are not taking serious like the father did. I've talked to the father years ago. And that man was serious about it. Good service. But now the service is dropped down to where I really don't want to go there anymore unless things start changing. Who'd want to eat in a place where you feel like you're not welcome.
