I’d give Jennifer 5 stars if I could! But the restaurant I’d give 1 star as the place was 1/4 full and 1 person seating with 1 person cleaning up so so the customers would have a have a clean place to eat. Customers standing and waiting for a table. You can’t use the excuse that you can’t get people to work for Chili’s. You can if you pay them enough and/or add money to their wages!

In the context of Chili's, it was great. Is it the best food you ever had? No. But the waiter was kind, we got our food at a decent time, and it was good.
