“I have been to restaurants from the east coast to the west coast of the USA and I have to say that this Oceans was the best one I’ve ever experienced. I preordered 51 orders with Annette on Monday for Thursday. Annette gave me the total upfront, went through options that would be good for multiple orders with a budget. She confirmed my order with me on Thursday along with the manager Melody. Annette even came back in to work at the time that I said I would be there just to make sure my order was processed and done right and she was off. The manager, Melody, did great as well. She was hands on with the entire order. Also, Melody treated the workers with respect and like they are human. The respect she shows exhibited when staff members knew she had a big order and they can to help carry things out. I don’t know how they cooked 51 orders so close to time, because every plate was still hot and the ice was still good in all 51 cups. She put sauce and napkins in all bags as I requested. This Oceans is inside a gas station, but it’s a sitting area in there, the staff is wonderful, and the food is great. Thank you Annette and Melody for being so great!!!“
