We went for the first time the other night. Yum! Even if the pulled beef and chicken weren’t amazing, the fries are to die for. We’ll be back soon!

UBQ Barbecue & Soul Food is a family-owned business in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, known for its polite and caring service. The beef ribs are a standout, described as tender with meat falling off the bones, and the collard greens cooked with turkey are a plus. The homemade mac and cheese is called the best ever from a barbecue restaurant, and the honey cornbread is a must. The smash burger is one of the best burgers in years, seasoned to perfection with caramelized onions and hand-cut fries, and it was so juicy. The potato salad and mac and cheese are also highly praised, with everything delicious and highly recommended. The sample plate, brisket fries, and brisket plate are beyond amazing, with sides like candied yams and smoked potato salad being favorites. The owner is the real cooking chef, and the barbecue is considered the best in the world, worth driving 30 miles for. The restaurant is excellent, with beef rib plates on the same level as homemade, and the side dishes are excellent as well.
