Stopped by three times going from Little Rock to Kansas City, three times the oblivious teens working the counter were clueless on one single ingredient. DO YALL USE AND PEANUT PRODUCTS….. uuuhhhh I dunno was the single answer followed by a blank stare every time.

I adore Alchemy Macarons. Used to live in a big city and get macarons at a small French-style bakeshop. Their macarons were good. Alchemy Macarons are better. They are pricey. But they are a lot of work and use a lot of eggs. I would never let my mother see the receipt - she flips out over $3 apiece cookies. But they are delicious.
