Big Orange : Rogers

Nice and clean. The flavors were good. However, the lettuce on my burger had gone bad and it felt expensive to have such a simple mistake. I also didn't care for having to pay for fries separately. Their kids menu was good though! I'd give it another shot.

My husband ordered a drink with our food that was listed for $5 on the menu, got charged $6. Brought it up, waiter said they recently changed the price but menus were not updated yet and were we okay with paying the higher price - sure it’s only a dollar difference but still, kinda feels like a bait and switch if you ask me. Waiter also never refilled our drinks and just plain didn’t pay attention to anything we needed. This is the third shot we’ve given this place and each time it’s sucked, should probably just stop trying.

We went today, and the initial first impression was not good. We arrived very early about 5:00pm. The place was empty, and I asked if it was possible to get a booth. At the time there were probably 10+ full booths available. The hostess then surprisingly asked if my family would be ok with a half booth/half table. I responded that we’d prefer to have a full booth if possible at which point the hostess took us to the worst possible full booth in the restaurant. It had a very odd configuration that is definitely NOT comfortable for 4 people. We noticed that it was later seated for a party of 2. What gives with this? I understand that there is a rotation, but the server who ultimately moved us to a full booth mentioned that it didn’t matter to her since she had several booths and tables in the area. Who the heck is this hostess and does she have any idea about what she is doing? Maybe her training is lacking? It was a very bad start to our evening. Later the service and food was excellent, but we couldn’t help but notice that the place was fairly empty with little to no atmosphere. Could it be that people are fed up with the hostess and are later thinking about not returning like we are? Seems like an easy fix to get this place back on track. Thank you!

It's one of the best burgers I've had. Cooked perfectly and so juicy 😋

Burgers and sandwiches were tasty, big orange chip dip was yummy, house made chips were the way to go on that. Little disappointed that they were out of the special shake at 11.30am, but if it was that popular it must have been delicious. Possibly a touch expensive, but it was a premium product for sure.

Huge fans and regulars of big orange. We walked in just now Thursday at 753 pm and the woman at the front wouldn’t even look at us. We had to get her attention. We asked if we can seat at a booth (plenty open). She refused to seat us and had a horrible attitude and we ended up walking out and going elsewhere. Again, I love big orange but I won’t be back if she’s still there.

This is our first time eating here. There are a variety of customizable burgers and vegan sandwiches in the $15-16 range. Nothing else is included on the plate I tried the White Truffle & Pecorino Burger which was excellent. My wife ordered the Curried Falafel & Lentil Sandwich. She really enjoyed it, though it had a little heat. We also tried the Sweet Potato Fries that came with a unique dipping sauce. The atmosphere is great. Our server, Maeve, was very good.

Great food best salads in the city

It’s a great restaurant, we went there during the week and it was quieter which is nice.
Their Turkey smash burger was the best smash burger I’ve had in a while, it’s fresh, tasty and full of flavors.

Super delicious and tasty menu options! I love the menu variety and all of the burger options they have. I didn’t get to try a shake but they looked absolutely delicious!
