Last night we celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary at Cappriccios, one of our favorite restaurants. The food was excellent as always, but it’s the warm, friendly atmosphere that we really like. Carlos, his family members and wait staff take the time to greet us personally and to ensure everything is perfect. They really care about your dining experience. From start to finish, EXCELLENCE! Macey, greeted us as we walked in, along with Dayne. They seated us and welcomed us, as though we were the first guest they had ever served. Have very much enjoyed our meals here in the past but I must say, I was so very disappointed and embarrassed with our most recent visit. We took friends from out of town who were visiting. Wine was good, but our respective meals all tasted and looked like they could have come from a Chef Boyardee can... particularly the red sauce and that is a bit of an insult to Chef Boyardee. Some of the ingredients (mussels in particular) tasted stale and still had a little grit/sand...
