I know they are trying to save money, but it would be nice if they put paper in the gas pumps. Casey's on Hudson same thing for past 3 months at least.

I visited this Casey's 09/28/23 @ 08:40PM. There were three workers. One male and two female. The male was super kind and helped me. The female at the right register (from a customer point of view) kept cursing again and again while there were multiple customers in the store-myself included with my baby. She cursed about 15 times and I was only in the store for a few minutes. She was loud and super rude. She was not wearing a name tag so I did not get her name. She was definitely disrespectful to her coworkers and customers through inappropriate language and rude tone. Multiple customers in the store were very uncomfortable.

I never thought I'd write à review but,I've been calling this store for weeks I know most people have cell phones and do things online but this is an emergency trying to reach a co worker not to mention...Does everyone in this Casey's store on 2nd Street in Rogers Arkansas ignore the phones ringing like for a month now...and now it's a brand new month and no one still yet picks the ringing phone up.... Hmmmmmmm this is for a supervisor or better yet for the main office...THIS was my favorite store in Rogers Arkansas now it's just another F____ store....NOW I know why never got a paycheck from this place cause everyone to F____ busy do nothing instead of training people like me....

Just have to give a shout out to the team here. Just did some refills on sodas and let’s just say the employee took care of us. I usually have a great experience with friendly staff in all Casey’s. Thanks
I’m so sick of coming here and their pumps having issues. 3 times in 2 months the pump I was at (which was not marked with a plastic bag over the nozzle) didn’t work. As if getting gas isn’t enough of a hassle. I’ll go to Harps across the street from now on.

I went in to buy a pizza and the lady who is checking me out seem to be new but she was getting us checked out we were working everything out and a manager it seems like walked up and asked OK what's going on here and she started being very rude, she addressed my dad and I in a hostile tone of voice and told us she had to void our transaction and told us to move to the side because we were "holding up the line" trying to use the caseys app. I just wanted a good lunch with my father and instead we left confused insulted and thought we shouldn't even have stopped when it was all over.
