Dark roast is about avg for this market. Comfortable inside seating that respects separation between parties. More thought to outside seating would be a good opportunity. I hit this spot on a quarterly basis for biz meetups...clean place with friendly service.
Confident Coffee Shop is hands down our favorite spot in town. The coffee/latte and kolaches here are outstanding, but what truly sets this place apart is the atmosphere and the amazing staff. It’s cozy, welcoming, and perfect for a quiet morning with a book or a relaxed afternoon with friends. My wife and I love spending time here; it’s become our go-to place for a coffee date.
Iced Caramel Latte ordered from their featured menu was okay but nothing special. Was hoping for the caramel or espresso flavor to come through stronger the whole time but unfortunately never did. It's a coffee and it did what it was supposed to do but not a wow
