Dave & Buster's Rogers

My two children are eleven and six years old. They were playing the shooting buck game and I guess chose the option to shoot without aim. We didn’t know what was wrong and we saw no indication that it was working. I swiped a few times because we were trying to do two player mode. I still thought it was not working even though I tried the gun myself. I let the prize box guy know, and he called someone over to come check. The guy that came and checked was rude. No empathy or understanding what the issue was. He said it was working without even trying it. So, I tried it again and it just shows a green dot for aiming. This means that I paid for approx 3 games and wasted all our time thinking it wasn’t working. We saw no green dot initially. He couldn’t of cared less. He could have at least reset or offer to allow them to start over on the exact game next to us. I said thats a rip off and walked off. Then, I see him and another employee playing on the game where I swiped at least 3 times. I will not return to this establishment. The people who work here are depressing. I just gave them my money for nothing. Lame!

Had a great time here as always food was great service was great. Overall great time. Kids and adults always love the food and enjoy the games.

I got a reservation for UFC fight night even though There was a 1.5 hour wait, my table was waiting for me despite my late arrival. I got an awesome booth in front of a large tv, the wings were hot and delicious dry rub crispy parm and juicy plump buffalo.

Drinks were so watered down we couldn't drink them. Waiter said there was no discount on Wed which there should have been He over-charged us by double. I told him he had a lot of extra things on the bill and he said that drinks were no longer part of eat and play. I showed him on the menu were it said it was included. He went to have extra things including drinks taken off. Gone 15 min and came back with over $45 of extra still on the bill. After another 15 min bill was finally right. They add the game play money to the food billl so wanted a min of 18% of food and play both. Very slow service and very expensive.

Everything was delighted just need to clean up the tables soon our party tables were full of dirty dishes and didn't pick up, we moved all dirty plates to another table to have some space and clear tables. Overall everything was perfect

Our server Ashlyn was absolutely fantastic! She kept up with our drinks, and kept the food order straight which is not easy to do when it's a party of 19!! She deserves recognition for her professionalism and proficiency

Server helped other tables but ignored ours for a long period of time. Server and staff need work on customer service skills. We do not plan on returning. Expensive and low quality service.

Server didn't want to help us since we signed up for the $20 eat drink and play deal. checked on us about 2 times over that span of an hour, only got 1 refill on our drinks since she never came back, and we asked for another side of sauce for our wings but ended up waiting so long that the wings were stone cold (they were smoking hot when we got them). when we kindly ask to remake them since too much time has passed, she rolled her eyes and walked off. the manager stepped in and got our food. not even an apology, even from the manager. food tasted weird after we left.

word of advice: Don't mention the $20 eat drink and play deal until AFTER you get your food and are ready to pay unless you want to be stuck at a table for more than an hour waiting for your server

Updated 5 years later- 11/29/24
Walking around the promenade today and my kids said “please try again”. Giving in we gave Dave and Busters one more time. 2pm walked in and it was slow enough we set down right away. Setting for a few my now 9 year old said “can we go to the bathroom”. Told the wife what I wanted to drink and took the little one. After some time we returned and still no one. Notice 2 couples was setting with drinks, but no one took our order. We figured out what we wanted and nothing. About 20 mins has passed and a lady come by and said “she will be with you shortly”. Maybe they was on break not sure. After watching the couple behind up in line get food we stood and left. No one asked, no one cared. 30-40mins of my life I will never get back, BUT after leaving we went to Top Golf and maybe spent a little more, but had a blast. Found a real great place to share family fun and look forward to playing golf again.

Was asked to walk around for 15 or 20 mins. Was happy to do so, but there was half the tables open. After being seated, my family including a 3 year old waited for 15-20 mins and never seen service. No drinks, nothing. After 20 mins we decided to leave, wasn't questioned or spoken to. No one even knew we was setting there.
This is the 2nd Dave and Buster's we have been to (Little Rock, AR was the first). Food was cold and service was horrible.
We have given 2 tries and 2 different location, will not waste our time on a 3rd. Would not Recommend this chain to anyone but my worst enemy. VERY disappointed.

Went in with the kids to look at $100 for 780 chips, just about every game cost 7.5 chips to play...

We had a lot of fun here! We visited on our honeymoon for something fun to do. The food was good and they had a good variety of games. We both enjoyed playing games. It’s a bit pricy but it was a fun date.
