Yesterday I tried firehouse french dip sandwich, omg it was the best I've ever had! There was so much meat piled high, yesterday was my first time eating there but it won't be my last excellent sandwich!

Great food and drinks except when too frequently drink dispenser out of vanilla flavors. Rewards supports is the worse customer insults. >6 purchases never credited by cashiers and later rejected purchase rewards by online rewards support following cashiers and location managers' instructions because of their fault. At least they consistently make great sandwiches and reject all rewards when cashier make mistakes and app malfunctions

I've been to several different locations, and they have ALL been delicious. I get a different sub most times (Enginee this time), and nothing has let me down. You can't go wrong with Firehouse subs.
