Great distillery, not temporarily closed like Google says, both the retail store and the tasting room are open. They have a variety of spirits made on the property, mostly bourbon, but also gin, vodka, lemoncello and liquors. Several of their bourbons are finished in different casks to give subtle flavors. The bar has specialty cocktails made with their products. The atmosphere was upscale & relaxed when we were there. A place for people who enjoy a quality drink, not those wanting to get trashed.

Had an opportunity to visit this establishment over the weekend with our son. He is much more versed in all things Bourbon than his mother or I, but we absolutely enjoyed the tour. Sunshine, as others have commented, is hands-down the absolute best! She answered every question we had and kept it all very fun and entertaining. Top notch all the way around. Highly recommend stopping in and spending some quality time here. The pours were perfect for each taster, as they were on the slighter side for the non-trained. Sunshine allowed us to taste each without putting any notions in our heads. Excellent all the way around, will definitely be going back next time we are in the area.

Was hired in with a specific availability. Manager “quit” suddenly, I was never given a clock-in code, and when the owner found out about my availability, he fired me immediately. It’s been since June 25th or 26th and I STILL have not received my final paycheck, which would have been paid out in 07/04. I was booted off the app that had the contact information for HR on it so I have no way to contact. Now, after reaching out AGAIN, I’ve been informed I won’t be paid until the FOLLOWING pay period on July 18th, which will be just shy of AN ENTIRE MONTH after my termination.
Honestly, not sure how this place is still in business.

What a great to place to enjoy a drink with friends! The old fashioned was absolutely wonderful. The gin is incredible as well! I would recommend this atmosphere to anyone looking for great service and top notch drinks!

Don’t come with a group of more than 2, incase there isn’t a table for you. They wouldn’t seat us because we had 2 more than the number of seats at their largest available high top at that time. There was plenty of room for 2 people to stand at the table without even remotely being in the way, but they said that wasn’t “their vibe” and if we did that, they’d only serve those with a seat. Instead of problem solving or recognizing that we were not a group of drunk 22 year old (no offense, been there, but I assume that’s what they want to avoid for the sake of their “vibe”), but rather a group of normal people (6/8 locals that will not be returning) who wanted a round of drinks at 10pm in a half empty bar, they refused. Would be helpful for them to recognize 1) this is Rogers, Arkansas……. and 2) we took our business elsewhere.

Love the place. Very chill and laid back. Only complaint is that they don't respond to inquiries via email or otherwise. Had some questions prior to bringing a group in and never got a response. Worked out OK but woulda been nice to know ahead of time what to expect.
Took a tour with our guide, Sunshine, and a local group celebrating a birthday. It was a ton of fun. The tasting was generous and the tour was informative. They are up front about what they distill themselves and what products are sourced and finished at the distillery. High marks too for the cool bar and the delicious cocktails, and especially for our bartenders Karly and Austin.

Encountered the most delightful employee during my visit to Fox Trail Distillery this afternoon. I went to the distillery to purchase some whiskey for a gift and was greeted by Karly upon immediately entering the door. Karly was an outstanding listener, taking in the reason for my visit, and was able to help me in my search for the perfect whiskey. She was knowledgeable, offered suggestions, engaged in conversation, and showed genuine interest in by gift-giving quest. Karly was so helpful and excited about the product offering that she upsold me to two bottles verses the one I had intended to buy. She even took the time to write down some of the unique features to the two bottles I purchased. Karly is a huge asset to your establishment!
My only complaint: what is wrong with your phones?? Very frustrating to call your business and not have someone answer my call. I tried to call on two separate days only to be left unanswered. Extremely unprofessional!

We happened along this tour on a visit to Rogers, Arkansas. Sunshine was the BEST tour guide! She is knowledgeable and so fun! The tasting was amazing. I’m not a whisky drinker but the Oak & Bean was SO GOOD!! The overall experience was fabulous! You even get a glencarin glass as part of the tour!! Definitely fun!!
