I am giving them 2 stars because the cookie did look really nice. The cookie itself had absolutely no flavor, and the icing was just way too sweet. I tried eating the cookie without the icing... it didn't taste any better. I ended up just throwing the whole thing away. I wasted $40.00 on this...I will not be getting another one.

I bought a slice of cookie cake for my wife. She thought the taste was alright but could get a slice that tasted better for cheaper at Harps. I think the service was perfectly friendly but I think the one slice of cookie cake was like over $6. Not really sure what I paid for, I suppose that the cookie was in a triangle rather than a circle. Will not rebuy but had my heart set on getting my wife specifically a cookie cake slice becuase she loves it.

We put in an order weeks in advance and sent an email of specifications for our order. A week in ahead of time, I called to confirm, and they said everything was good to go. The day of, I called to confirm, and they could not find my order. They said they lost it, but could still get my cookie cake put together on time. I’m glad I called instead of showing up at our slotted time and being disappointed!The cookie itself was tasty, but the edible image was placed with almost no icing underneath and falls right off the cookie when you pick it up, so you are just eating a cookie with a chewy, leathery piece of fondant on top ☹️Overall, a very lackluster product. The taste is what I remember as a child, but nowhere near the quality. I wish I could give a better review, but I would not recommend using this location, as we will not be in the future.

Absolutely horrible customer service at the Rogers location. Kayla decided to use her power trip as a "manager" instead of satisfying customer service. I ordered a cake to pick up at 5 Friday. Something came up and I'll be out of pocket and unable to pick up. I asked to pick up even one hour early and the answer was no we only have 1 cake decorator. I expressed my opinion of only having 1 cake decorator on graduation weekend and her response verbatim was "let us know when you find us a cake decorator for us to hire." Then she proceeded to accuse me of calling her ignorant. She insisted on cancelling my order. I asked her to have the owner call me which he never did.I called the Fayetteville location that has a different owner and they were happy to have my order done by noon Friday. I have spent a lot of money in the Rogers location since they have opened. I'll never be back. I'll support the Fayetteville location going forward.
